What is Infinity?

Abstract: “Infinity” is a concept which comes up in almost every Math class, sowe are all familiar with it or at least that’s how we feel. In this talk, I will try tochange the way you think about “infinity”. I will be introducing some interestingfacts about ”infinity” and discussing a few breathtaking paradoxes which arisefrom it. I will also talk about existence of infinities of different kinds, and mentionsome famous results in set theory.

This presentation is open to anyone willing to explore new mathematical ideas.
