Unique Up and Down Short Ship Structure

我司专利的悬臂横向对向伸缩机构设计，伸缩油缸伸出时，机器具有最大宽度，以提高机器的稳定性，油缸缩回

时，机器具有最小宽度，以满足机器运输时的宽度要求。

Toppile patented horizontal opposite direction telescopic cantilever design, the machine will have a normal

working width and stability when the horizontal cylinder extend out, by the contrast, when the cylinder back, the

machine with the minimum width to meet the requirement of transportation limit width.

我司根据大多数工地上土质比较松软，大型设备易陷机的施工特点，在此款机器上设计为上下双层短船结构，将传统的整体式的短船结构优化为上下两短船结构，下层短船

的大小满足机器稳定性和接地比压的要求，上层短船满足机器横向移动和转向的要求，当机器处于工作状态时，将上下短船连接起来形成一个整体；当机器处于运输状态时，将

下层短船拆掉，而不需要拆除液压管路等其它部件即能满足运输的限高和限宽要求，真正实现了整机运输，大大地减少了辅助工作时间，提高了工作效率，降低了劳动强度，节

约了装拆费用。

　 Toppile designs a kind of up and down short ship structure regarding to some

jobsite soft ground which easily result to trap machine, this design optimizes

one short ship to two layers,　the down short ship can achieve the requirements

of machine stability and ground pressure, the up short ship's function is to meet

the requirements of machine move and turning, when machine working, up and

down short ship will joint together, when machine transported, only disassemble

the down short ship,no need to dismantle hydraulic units,this design features big

advantage to reduce the delivery cost, improve the working efficiency, save the

assembling and disassembling cost.

整机结构，缩小原有的整机尺寸，从而使运输变得更加简单快捷，降低客户的购买成本，性价比大大提升。

Regarded to client generally reflect this model's size too big problem, TOPPILE innovative designed this new 240 model, compared with same type from other

factories, our size is more in line with the customers' requirements, on the condition of ensuring piling force, optimized whole machine structure, reduce the machine

size, so that make this model transported easier and faster, meanwhile, improves this machine's cost-effective.
