Be a journalist
Pretend to be a journalist and
interview each other about all the
routines you do on a weekday or
weekend.
You could ask each other the
following questions:
• What do you like to do?
• What is your favourite routine or
daily habit?
TASK: Story board
• Create your own story
board about your healthy
routines
• Draw a picture to show
what activities you do
• Explain what you are
doing in each activity and
why they are healthy
Story board – if you can’t print this you can create your own story board by getting a sheet of
paper and folding it in half, half again and half again and numbering the boxes.

Healthy habits chart – optional task
• It is trickier at the moment to keep our healthy habits.
We can’t do everything we normally would and this is
hard for everyone (including adults!)
• Write down all the health habits you want to do on your
‘healthy habits’ table. For example eating a healthy
breakfast (instead of an unhealthy one) or having fresh
air after doing some work by going outside or opening
a window.
• Track how well you do over the week by ticking the box
and writing any comments.
