Dear Sandy,

We would like to file a formal complaint against United Country Brown's Auction & Realty Co in Louisiana.

As one of their consignors, we have been trying, over the past six months. to pursue the outstandingsettlement proceeds from the auction held at Eunice Farm on March 25th. We have contacted them multipletimes regarding this case, but they have not given us a definite answer as of today.

I have informed them on last Friday ( January 5th, 2018) that we will have to resort to other options to solvethis case and we have not received any response from them as I am writing this email.

Please find attached consignor settlement report United Country Brown's Auction has sent to us as well asthe signed packing Slip we received back from our trucker.

Kindly inform us how we can proceed with this case and please let us know should you require any otherdocuments or details.

We appreciate your attention into this case and we look forward hearing from you soon. Thank you.
