Stannah know that not all homes are the same. If you think your stairs are unsuitable for a stairlift, we think

you might be pleasantly surprised. Our slimline rail and fold-away chair leave enough space for others to use

the staircase and, contrary to belief, our rails are fitted to the staircase and not the wall. This ensures that

when you have your Siena stairlift installed by our friendly and professional engineers, it will be quick, easy

and carried out with minimal fuss and bother.

We are a family-run company and have been for five generations. The current managing directors are the great,

great grandchildren of Joseph Stannah, who started the company in the 1860s. His engineering principles and

strong family values run as true today as they always have.

Safe and simple to get on and offUse either the manual swivel lever or our optional poweredswivel seat to get on and off your Siena.

Easy fold for added spaceWhen you fold your Siena arms, then the seat, the footrestfolds with it, folding the chair neatly away for extra space.

Choose the Siena and you get classic comfort and style in perfect unison. The simple contours along with it’s

choice of five vinyl colours make it look and feel truly inviting. We have designed the Siena for simplicity and

convenience, too. Settle into the comfortable seat, clip on your easy-to-use seatbelt and move the controls to

glide up or down your stairs.

Safety and ease-of-use are built into the Siena. Your stairlift comes with a fold-away chair – just fold the arms,

then the seat, which is linked to the footrest, and the chair neatly folds away, giving you more space around your

stairs. There is also a removable key to lock your Siena keeping it safe from children. For those who have limited

strength in their hands, you can also choose an optional one or two-way powered swivel seat which is designed

for narrow hallways, that turns to face your landing or hall, making getting in and out of your Siena easy.

Comfortable and stylish chair

The Siena offers true comfort, with a cushionedback and generously upholstered, padded seatavailable in hard-wearing vinyl upholstery all ofwhich are fire retardant, and available in achoice of five colours to match your décor.

Easy-to-use controls

To operate your Siena, gently move the controlsin the direction you wish to travel.

Folding options (Manual)

Simply fold the arms, then the seat and as you dothe footrest will automatically raise at the sametime. Or choose the optional powered footrest,see point 9.

Swivel levers and options

Use the standard manual swivel levers, or optional powered one or two-way swivel, which is designed for narrow hallways, to getoff your stairlift in the safest position at the topor bottom of your stairs.

Safety edges

Safety sensors around the footrest and carriageautomatically detect any obstruction on yourstairs, bringing your Siena to a safe and gentle stop.

Seatbelt options

The retractable seatbelt as highlighted opposite,can be fastened simply with one hand. A rangeof other seatbelt designs are available.

Arm isolation

This safety system prevents your Siena from moving until the armrest nearest thebottom of the staircase is fully lowered.

On-off switch

Clear easy-to-use on and off button.

Powered footrest (Optional)

Our powered footrest folds or unfolds independently, ideal for you to enter or exit the chair with the footrest out of the way.

Adjustable seat height(On installation)

Ensures your stairlift seat and footrestheight are perfectly positioned to you for complete comfort.

1. When your Siena is not in use, itfolds away giving you more space onyour stairs for other users.

2. Once you have unfolded yourSiena, make yourself comfortable inthe seat.

3. A gentle movement of the controlsis all it takes to make your Siena glideeffortlessly upstairs or downstairs.

4. When you arrive at the top of thestairs, you can swivel your Sienaaround so you can get off safely.

5. When not in use your Siena can beleft in the swivelled position as a safetybarrier, or folded flat against the wall.

6. Using the wall-mounted remotecontrol, you can send and receiveyour Siena to either end of the stairs.

Swivel seat optionsThere are three swivel options available, manual swivel, one way powered and two way powered swivel.

Footrest fold button (Optional)The one-touch, footrest fold button helps you to raise or lowerthe footrest independently from the seat.

Retractable seat belt (Optional)Our retractable seat belt is easy to use and can be fastenedwith one hand.

Upholstery and rail colours

You are able to choose any of the five upholsterycolours with either the Silver or Bronze rails to tailor your Siena to what suits your home best.

The upholstery is heavy duty vinyl which is flame retardant and also has antimicrobial protection.
