Makes the frieghter invisible and unhittable until it getsback to the left of the screen.
Explosions are ~ 2 seconds long. Vreset happens~ 60 times a second. The counters reset when ithas happened 128 times. (About 2 seconds.)

To keep track if the torpedo is visible
Moves torpedo, with or without submarine.When SQB and SQD and SUBVEN is high, it indicatesthat submarine line 10 is active. Perfect for centering.
About twice as fast as VRESET.
This is how I answeredthe question: "Is the torpedo centered?"
I used to use several flip-flops to do this. *FACEPALM*
Has better chance of resetting torpedo than VBLANK
Centers the torpedo in the submarine when reset necessary.
I originally tried 107s, but that didn't work...
