We have developed an IP65 PowerLED spot light of small dimensions (a, b, c, d), to be installed and connected (e) inside the minimal room available in the outdoor canopy (f), that has the aim of both backlighting a PMMA opal plate (g) and downlighting the area under the canopy. The spot light can be managed through DMX protocol, creating an assorted range of scenes and sequences involving all them (278 pcs.).

Desarrollamos un proyector IP65 con LED de potencia y reducidas dimensiones (a,b,c,d), para ser instalado y conectado (e) en el mínimo espacio disponible de la marquesina exterior (f), el cual tiene como objeto tanto la retroiluminación de una pletina de PMMA opal (g) como la iluminación general de la zona cubierta por dicha marquesina. El proyector permite ser gestionado bajo protocolo DMX, creando variadas escenas de secuencias y movimientos con el conjunto de todos ellos (278 uds.).

We fully design electronic boards with high performance LEDs managed through microcontrollers, programmed to individually manage each LED chip, in terms of time lit and light intensity. The LEDs sequence is generated from a remote control, designed by Sagitario for this specific project, which sends information to the first LED board and then the info is replicated and regenerated to the following boards interconnected, making any possible modification of scenes to be user-friendly. The main light effect pursued in this installation is the one known as Matrix effect.

Desarrollamos integralmente las placas electrónicas con LEDs de alto rendimiento gestionados por microcontroladores, programados para controlar individualmente el tiempo de encendido e intensidad de luz de cada LED. La secuencia de los LEDs se genera desde un control remoto, diseñado por Sagitario Lighting especialmente para el proyecto, que envía la información a la primera placa y ésta, a su vez la replica y regenera a los siguientes módulos LED interconectados, haciendo que cualquier modificación de escenas sea muy sencilla. El efecto de luz principal perseguido con esta instalación es el conocido como efecto Matrix.

Looking to optimize the general lighting of the Gothic Art area, by providing an improved light quality (a) - calibrated color temperature and high CRI - and energy efficiency, we replace the conventional light sources by a LED system (b), respecting the original light fixtures housings. The bespoke solution proposed meets the strict standards required, even regarding the preservation of the exposed works of art (c) - UV absence -, as well as we make the lighting control compatible with the security and surveillance systems. All based on a custom LED board (d), designed specifically to successfully accomplish the challenge.

Con el objetivo de optimizar la iluminación general de la zona de Arte Gótico, mediante la mejora de la calidad lumínica (a) - temperatura de color calibrada y elevado IRC - y de la eficiencia energética, sustituimos los sistemas convencionales por un sistema LED (b) que respetase las luminarias originales. La solución a medida propuesta cumple los estrictos estándares requeridos, sobre todo en relación a la conservación de las obras de arte expuestas (c) - ausencia de UV -, para hacer compatible el control de la iluminación con los sistemas de seguridad. Todo basado en un circuito LED (d) diseñado específicamente para cumplir con éxito el reto lumínico.

We propose a lighting project hand in hand with the lighting consultant, where we mainly use our standard products but customized in each case for an optimal performance: a) RGB linear LED systems in sections of minimal resolution – 100mm – and interconnected between them, for an easy installation inside the customer’s private bottle lockers; b) PowerLED RGB modules adapted into a tubular and suspended housings; c) Starry sky optical fiber system to be installed in the mirrored ceiling of the entrance, leaving the fibers extra long and not leveled to the ceiling, to create endless reflections with the lit endings over the different mirrors. To sum up, we deliver our know-how to the project to grant an exclusive value.

Planteamos un proyecto de iluminación de la mano del prescriptor, donde usamos nuestro producto estándar, adaptado en cada caso para un óptimo rendimiento: a) Sistemas lineales RGB en módulos de mínima resolución – 100mm – e interconectados, para su fácil instalación en la zona de botelleros privados de clientes; b) Módulos LED RGB de potencia insertados en un envolvente tubular suspendido; c) Cielo estrellado con fibra óptica en la zona de la entrada, cubierta de espejos, dejando las fibras largas para que los puntos de luz interactúen en las múltiples reflexiones de espejos. En general, prestamos nuestro know-how al proyecto para darle un valor diferencial y exclusivo.

We design a LED linear system with a minimal visual impact and with a color temperature that simulates the former incandescent conventional lighting system. To do so, we customize the fixtures by integrating calibrated color filters on top of the 2700K LEDs, as well as diffusers for an homogeneous light distribution. And we reduce the visual impact by using a stylized profile, suspended by means of electrified tensors.

A good example of our best virtue is this project of lighting showcases with jewels. We suggest a light fixture entirely designed and produced in a custom way, following the client guidelines, including a die-cast housing that acts as a thermal sink, a specific production process and a LED module with different optical and performance features, all built-in in the same fixture, delivering an accurate light projection, adjusted to the objects and jewels to be lit.

Bespoke SolutionThe challenge that means this project is not really replacing the blue and white fluorescent tubes for linear LED systems, but to design and to enable a control electronic board that allows the LED systems to perform smoothly and to integrate them into the preset sequences running under 1-10V protocol, by means of an existing automation system designed to manage conventional lighting.

El reto que supone este proyecto no es reemplazar los tubos fluorescentes existentes, blancos y azules, por lineales LED, sino diseñar y adaptar una electrónica de control para que estos lineales LED se integren y respondan de forma perfecta en las secuencias pre-programadas bajo protocolo 1-10V con el sistema domótico existente para la instalación lumínica previa, de tipo convencional.

Quite a challenge for Sagitario the design and development of the pendant lamps required for the new Casino belonging to Aspers chain. In round, square and even spiral shapes, we manufacture the housings (a) in different sections to allow an easy transport and installation on site. From them, we find a shiny crystal tears (b) - of different sizes, depending on the lamp shape – hanging by hooks specially designed to avoid the glasses spinning. The LED boards, curve-shaped, are interconnected on the upper part of the lamp, where power and 1-10V control devices (c) are also installed. All lamps are suspended from the ceiling with steel turnbuckles (d) of different lengths, depending on the area of the Casino.

Fue todo un reto la necesidad diseñar y desarrollar las lámparas colgantes requeridas para el proyecto del nuevo Casino de la cadena Aspers. En formatos circulares, cuadrados e incluso de espiral, fabricamos el chasis (a) en diferentes secciones, para permitir su fácil transporte e instalación en obra. Del mismo, cuelgan unas lágrimas de cristal brillantes (b) – de diferentes tamaños, según el formato de la lámpara – mediante unos ganchos diseñados para evitar la rotación de las mismas. Los circuitos LED, con forma curva, se interconectan por la parte superior de la lámpara, donde también se alojan los equipos de alimentación y control 1-10V (c). Todas ellas se cuelgan del techo con tensores de acero (d) de diferentes longitudes, según la zona del Casino.

Given the difficulty of interconnecting floor recessed fixtures without physically separating them nor leaving gaps without light, as not enough space is available to enable power outlets at intermediate points, we decide to redesign the linear LED circuit, so it can withstand a higher current level and so achieve a greater length with a single connection; as well as we modify the cable output of the recessed fixture - from the end to the side of the profile - to allow the interconnection to the next one by the side, keeping the linearity and uniformity of the light effect.

Ante la dificultad de interconectar luminarias empotradas en suelo, sin separarlas físicamente ni dejar huecos sin luz, decidimos rediseñar el circuito lineal LED que nos permitiese gestionar un mayor nivel de corriente, y así alcanzar mayor longitud con una sola conexión. Además, también modificamos la salida de cable de la luminaria – del extremo al lateral del perfil – para permitir su interconexión con la luminaria siguiente por la zona lateral, manteniendo la linealidad y uniformidad de luz.

From the Ateliers Jean Nouvel we are given the opportunity to design a solution to illuminate the doors and room numbers of the new Renaissance Hotel, with a spot light projection and a minimal glare. To this end, we propose a tilted housing (a), which mounts a powerful LED module with a concentrating optic, for what we need to add a suitable heat sink (b). The metal ceiling plates that must receive the light fixtures are too thin (c), so we additionally design an adapter accessory (d), easy to install and providing enough height for a firm ceiling installation of the light fixtures.

Desde el estudio Ateliers Jean Nouvel nos ofrecieron la oportunidad de diseñar una solución para iluminar las puertas y números de las habitaciones del nuevo Hotel Renaissance, con una proyección focalizada y con un mínimo deslumbramiento. Propusimos un chasis con forma inclinada (a), que aloja un módulo LED con óptica concentradora y de gran potencia. Para ello precisamos adicionar un disipador térmico adecuado (b). El techo metálico que debía recibir la luminaria era demasiado fino (c), por lo que diseñamos adicionalmente un accesorio adaptador (d) de fácil colocación y que aportaba la altura suficiente para una firme instalación en techo.

Bespoke SolutionWe were commissioned to design a ceiling suspended tubular lights of different lengths - from 1 m to over 5 m - to decorate and illuminate the lobby of the Hotel. With a completely black exterior finish, the tip of each lamp (a) is cut at 45 ° and its inner face is finished in gold. This element is threaded into the rest of tubular sections (b) to form the desired length. The ceiling bracket (c) allows to slightly adjust the inclination, if necessary, and its finishing is done with a round bezel (d). The pendant lamp includes at its end a powerful 25W LED module (e) and a punched filter (f), to clean the light beam and to allow the airflow. Power and DALI control devices (g) are also housed inside the end module, so they are easily accessible, regardless of the length of the lamp.

Recibimos el encargo de diseñar unas luminarias tubulares suspendidas del techo y de diferentes longitudes – desde 1 m hasta más de 5 m – para decorar e iluminar el lobby del Hotel. Con un acabado exterior totalmente negro, la punta de cada luminaria (a) está cortada a 45º y su cara interior está acabada en dorado. Ésta se enrosca al resto de secciones tubulares (b) hasta formar la longitud deseada. La fijación a techo (c) permite ajustar levemente la inclinación, si ello fuera necesario, así como su acabado se realiza con un embellecedor circular (d). La luminaria incluye en su extremo final un potente módulo LED de 25W (e) y un filtro troquelado (f), para limpiar el haz de luz y permitir el paso del aire. Los equipos de alimentación y control DALI (g) se alojan también en el módulo extremo, por lo que son fácilmente accesibles, con independencia de la longitud de la luminaria.

Prestigious project, which needs to replace the built-in conventional lighting integrated into pendant luminaries of great value for PowerLED modules, so increasing the brightness and highlighting still more the construction details of each lamp. We propose a mix of individual modules adjusted to the upper circular perimeter of the lamp and a powerful core module, designed specifically for the project, to illuminate its heart of glass and to grant a new life to the priceless pendants.

Proyecto de prestigio, donde se precisa reemplazar la iluminación convencional integrada en unas luminarias colgantes de grandísimo valor por módulos LED de potencia, que aumenten la luminosidad y resalten aún más los detalles constructivos de cada luminaria. Proponemos una mezcla de módulos individuales adaptados al perímetro circular superior de la lámpara, así como un módulo central de gran potencia, diseñado para el proyecto, para iluminar el corazón de cristal y dar una nueva vida a la luminaria.

The handrails of the access stairs to this holy monument are the only ones that support integrating a lighting system, including the wiring. To this end, we entirely design a housing (a) and an LED module with optic (b) of minimum dimensions, suitable to be introduced through the bottom of the handrail and to be firmly fixed. The cables and waterproof connectors (c) proposed allow to be housed and wired inside the handrail (d) to reach the different (and sometimes remote) power supply points.

Los pasamanos de las escaleras de acceso a este sagrado monumento son los únicos que admiten integrar un sistema de iluminación, incluido su cableado. Para ello, diseñamos íntegramente un chasis (a) y un módulo LED con óptica (b) de mínimas dimensiones, adecuadas para introducirse por la parte inferior del pasamanos y quedar firmemente fijado. Los cables y conectores estancos (c) planteados permiten quedar alojados en el interior del pasamanos (d) hasta llegar a los diferentes (y a veces lejanos) puntos de alimentación.

We undertake different actions in this improvement project, among which highlights the design and adaptation of PowerLED modules into already installed decorative outdoor beacons. The object is to minimize their consumption and maintenance, while giving them greater presence and brightness.

Bespoke SolutionWe develop a bespoke PowerLED linear system for architectural grazing light effect, which, due to restrictions of the electrical installation, has to withstand longer lengths with just one single connection. Additionally, all housing profiles are custom made with different structural dimensions, to fit perfectly on each installation area.

Desarrollamos a medida un sistema lineal de LEDs de potencia para iluminación rasante arquitectural, el cual, debido a restricciones de la instalación eléctrica, debe soportar mayores longitudes con una sola conexión.
