Abstract
Study title : Effective use of the tablet computer and its educational applications to develop Academic achievement on mathematics for
the students in the fourth grade
The study aimed to identify the effectiveness of the use of tablet computer and its educational applications to develop the Academic achievement on
mathematics for the students in the fourth grade , the researcher used the
experimental method where the study sample consisted of two groups of
students from the fourth grade , each group have 18 students , a pilot group
studied using tablets ( 4 devices for the students and one device for the teacher
) , and a control group studied in the usual way , study tool achievement have
been tested per & post for both groups , and and the result of the study shows
that there are significant differences statisticallyatthelevelofsignificance(
0.05) between the mean scores of the experimental group who studied using a
tablet computer and its educational applications and the mean scores of the
control group who studied in the usual way in the posttest test achievement.
Wich clearly neutralize the benefit of that group who study by using a tablet
computer and its educational application.
The study recommended further studies in this field on different educational
stages and curricula .
