Dear Families of “Shrek The Musical” Cast & Crew,
Attached you will find a packet of information outlining Personal and Corporate Ads which help us raise funds for our musical program. This is a special way to send “shout outs” to your STAR or advertise your Personal or Corporate business in our program which is seen by thousands of patrons.
In order to give your child the most professional stage experience possible, including professional costuming, hair and make up, lighting, sound and set design, we ask for your help to support the Mayfield Choral Music Boosters in this memorable way.
Please forward these flyers along to anyone you think may wish to place an ad. Examples of both Corporate and Personal ads we have created for past show programs are included for your reference along with instructions on how to submit the information.

Send your “STAR” a personal message in the program!
Each year, we invite friends and family of our cast and crew to become a “Patron of the Arts”
and place an ad in the program. Your ad may wish good luck to your cast member and may
include a photo(s). We hope you take this opportunity to show your love and support to your
favorite and most talented cast member!
• Platinum Level - $100 includes a full page message/photo(s) in the program
• Gold Level - $50 includes a ½ page message/photo(s) in the program
• Silver Level - $25 includes a ¼ page message/photo(s) in the program
• Bronze Level - $10 includes a business card size message/photo
Please note all pages of the program are printed in black & white

To create a special message featured in the program…
� Please email [email protected] and let us know you wish to create an ad in the
program and at what level you will be contributing (size of the ad listed above).
� We will email you to discuss your ad and would be happy to create one for you if you simply
provide us with the wording and/or photo emailed in JPG form.
� Please send a check made out to “Mayfield Choral Music Boosters” with your cast member
to their next rehearsal and give it to either Larry Braun or Mr. Fancher

Feature your BUSINESS in our musical program for 2 WEEKENDS!
We take pride in giving our community a true theatrical experience and providing our students
with the best professional tools allows us the opportunity to put on an exceptional production.
Your generous contribution is used for hiring set design, lighting, sound and construction teams,
professional costumers, hair and make-up artists, obtaining rights for the music, and printing and
advertising materials, just to name a few. Please consider supporting us at the following levels.
• Platinum Level - $250 includes a full page ad in the program + 2 tickets to the show
• Gold Level - $100 includes a ½ page ad in the program
• Silver Level - $50 includes a ¼ page ad in the program
• Bronze Level - $25 includes a business card size ad in the program

How to become a Mayfield Musical Corporate Sponsor
� Please email us at [email protected] and let us know you wish to contribute. We
will then make arrangements for a representative to pick up your payment made out to
“Mayfield Choral Music Boosters” and can supply you with a receipt. If you have a family
member in the show, you can send your payment with the student to turn in at rehearsal.
� We will then email you to finalize the ad you wish to create. You can email us your business
card or logo and we can create an ad just for you (Examples of Ads we created are
included on the next page for reference) Please note all ads will print in black and white.
