② BRの魅力や取り組みなどの実例を情報整理し、発信する Organize and publicize information about attractiveness and initiatives that exemplify the BRs

③ 国内ネットワークの国際的な活動を情報集約し、発信する Summarize and publicize information about international

④ 世界ネットワークの戦略や行動計画といったルールづくりに参画する Participate in formulating strategies or action plans
