As always, the year 2013 was a special one for Propel, and brought significant technological advances. My father has started this business 65 years back. One cone is able to give the production of 4 secondary Jaw crusher. One person is enough. Some times if we set the parameters, then we do not need anybody. This is the benefit we are enjoying.

Cone is crushing 200 tonnes per hour. Concave mantle life is 1 to 1.5 lakh tonnnes. There is no need to daily change the parameters in Jaw Crusher. If the oil gets heat, SMS system sends message to us. By this we are able to question the labour who has done any mistake. This avoids unnecessary expenses. It increases productivity.

I am getting VSI shape in cone itself. We are supplying to corporate companies and we have their certificates. 20 mm shape is excellent. Power consumption is less in Cone. For any business, the cost reduction is much more important. Primary is giving 350 TPH production. No problems faced. Our M sand is conforming to Zone 2 quality.

PROPEL Plant is good and the staff are very friendly which is very important for any business. Customers are treated by PROPEL as family members. Once we buy PROPEL, 100% we will not think of anything else. If there is any mistake, they resolve it on priority. Anybody can buy PROPEL plant, I give surety.

We are supplying to road projects successfully. We are supplying to corporate companies like RDC Concrete, Ultratech, Ration Concrete, Coromandel etc., They take sieve test at site and then only lift the material. So far the quality requirements are met due to good screening.

We are using 200 capacity Cone Crusher and our production range is from 150-160 Tonnes per hour - 20 mm and the material quality is excellent.

Initially we explored the possibility of purchasing Crusher from foreign companies and we got quotation also. When we visited some Crushing units at Karur, we were informed about PROPEL Crusher and we thought when a quality Crusher is available in our Tamil Nadu at PROPEL why we have to purchase from foreign countries and so we have decided to contact PROPEL and the Engineers from PROPEL supported us and explained about their Crusher performance. Now I feel I took a right decision by purchasing PROPEL Crusher, because I am getting good shape cubical aggregate. With an attempt to manufacture M sand, we put this machine and we are getting Zone 1 & Zone 2 quality sand.

I am getting SMS alert while Cone crusher starting and also for any problem even when I am at home. It is not available in the foreign make crushers. Due to the good quality and cubical shape aggregate, we have a good name in the market. In the whole of North Arcot District, my raw material is the hardest and I am getting concave mantle life of 40-50,000 Tonnes. With soft material, the life can easily go above 1 lakh Tonnes.

The average sand washer water consumption is 100 Litres and the recycle is about 80 Litres. I am having VSI 100 which is giving more than expected production. Feed size is -20 mm. I am getting quality sand and chips & 12 which are useful for tar plant. To be specific, the shape of aggregate is similar to peas.

As far as the SERVICE is concerned, it is available in all the 24-hours. They send the parts by train and Engineers reach site even before we reach.

I understand from MD that PROPEL is already working on a New Cone Crusher. I am planning to procure one more Cone on successful launching. If unexpectedly power fails, facility is there to prevent overflow and the machine can be started by opening the bowl. On successful solution for power failure, this Cone Crusher will be unbeatable not only in India, but worldwide.

PROPEL machines are working in our unit for the past one year. We are getting production of 350 TPH and more. Right now we are producing only M Sand. M sand quality is satisfactory to the people, good production. Machinery is good. The people who are operating are proud of it. Till today there is no problem and is working well. Comparing to other plant, our M sand worth is better. We are able to meet the customer requirement.

Service is good and we are getting the spares in over night. Spare parts quality and price is reasonable when compared with others. The Plant is operated by contractors who have experience in Metso and they are fully satisfied with PROPEL Plant operation & maintenance. As a customer we expect good service from you. Whenever breakdown occurs, you are attending. If you attend within 10 hours, then it is good service. You are doing it. So we like PROPEL.

Our metal, our product is having a good name in the market. We never heard that our product is not good. Product is good. M Sand quality is excellent and our company name is very good. We believe PROPEL because of its best product. We get good material. We are not procuring parts from outside. We are depending PROPEL for all parts. Even with the diesel price hike, the material cost comes down. As far as VSI is concerned, especially PROPEL VSI is the best for M Sand.

I have given advance to a local Crusher Plant, still I am unable to get the money back. So straightaway I came to Coimbatore with my colleague and saw the factory and manufacturing method and booked.

JKC Plant is a 150 TPH capacity. -20 mm production is about 100-110 TPH. Other manufacturers say 200 TPH, but it never reaches. When they are taking 40 they may reach in cone. PROPEL Cone is crushing about 125 TPH in -20 mm.

Jaw Crusher is producing 150 TPH with -500 input. I am not to flatter PROPEL, but others say, but they never reach the tonnage. But in PROPEL whatever committed is achieved.

M Sand quality Zone1 & Zone 2 is achieved. Other crusher plants owners feel that they are unable to achieve this quality after seeing PROPEL machinery and M Sand.

There is 30% difference in production when compared to other plants. 600 KVA generator consumes about 80-90 Litres of Diesel, but in our plant 50 Litres per hour is the average.

Concave mantle life of other makes in this zone is 30-40000 tonnes, whereas we get 80,000 tonnes minimum.

Jaw Crusher production cost is Rs. 4-5 per tonne whereas in our Plant, it is Rs. 2/- per tonne for concave mantle.

Due to the correct amplitude of screen, the output is good. In respective deck, respective product is coming. There is no mixing.

VSI is mainly used to produce sand. The sand quality is surprisingly good. VSI does not produce unnecessary waste and product conversion is upto 80%.

Operation & Maintenance of PROPEL machinery both by North & South Indian people is very easy with little training.

Among the Indian Plants, PROPEL plant is good. The method of manufacturing with accuracy upto 0.01 will help you in future. We are there in this field for the last 30 years with old type of Plants. But now we have gone with PROPEL Plant – New technology.

There is no pot-hole formation in a bitumen road with this material because of the shape and water absorption is almost zero. In one hour app. 100 Tonnes of -20 mm is produced. We are running 8-10 hours per day. 800-900 tonnes we are taking. In a month about 20000 Tonnes is produced. Whatever Foreign plant we have seen, their cost is double with same technology. Because of this, cost is saved. Electricity saving is also there. About 8-9 months is over. Jaw plate is not changed. In my friends foreign plant, within 3-4 months the parts have to be replaced. Even though the raw material is hard, the work is being done nicely in our Plant.

Maintenance is very less. I feel that in Maharashtra your Plant population has become 50 Nos. quickly and it will increase further. We never faced any maintenance problem. Dual benefits – Production is more & Electricity consumption is less. Production has become double, man power is less & Diesel consumption has come down. In 30 years of my business life, one year has already gone happily like Silver or Golden Jubilee year. We have already purchased Asphalt Plant and some machinery.

we have already given samples to VGT & IIT. The samples are conforming to MOST standards. Road Construction Chief Engineers of PWD, SIDCO & JNPT have seen the Plant and products and they are quite happy. Our aggregates are like Gold. Screen is working nicely and separation is very good. Screen performance is good, screening separation is good, no mixing. We are quite happy and in one or two years we will be putting more plants. As far as parts are concerned, there is no problem and whatever maintenance supposed to come in one year has not come. We have grown with 30-40% growth after installing this plant. The purchasing of metals from outside is totally stopped. Fully satisfied. I am thankful to you.

PROPEL machines are working fine. The production is more than expected by us. You have done a good job. We are happy. We want to install it in several places. PROPEL machines are good.

I see a lot of potential in growth especially in Trichy area, so we are definitely looking for some great orders coming in, we have seen consistent growth in our volume of production. This plant is a one year old, since commissioning and production have been very good. Our production the hardness of the rock as we have studied, the quality of

the jaw, concave and mantle have been very good, we able to get 40,000 tonnes and a little above on a consistent basis. The cone production have been very good, the lubrication system we didn’t had any trouble with them. The life of the cone the parts involved, my machining team told me that the quality of the cone is very good because of the cone the quality of the stones, it’s roundness is very good. I feel the screen quality and performance is flawless so far.

I was interested in propel then I visited and saw the company and met the chairman and the MD. I felt their support was extremely good, so I took the courage to go with the propel. Since then we had no regrets, they send their engineers on time to check if there is any problem. They constantly upgrade our parts to make the performance good. I feel that is the biggest plus point in propel for us. I think the parts we change is minimum, wear and tear is minimum, which is good for us and parts availability is very good, availability of spares is also good if I place order in evening by morning I will get the parts in Trichy. I think we receive commendable support from the company. The quality of the stones are very good, 20 mm is round in shape this attracts our customers a lot. Most of our customers are retail if they see our quality in 2 stage plant this brings orders from our near and around areas of construction industry, roundness and shape is very nice.

Right now we are dealing with the top most customer on the basis of quality that is the ultra tech cement in maharashtra, in Mumbai to be exact we are supplying to 17 RMC plant of ultra tech cement in Mumbai. They need top most quality in the market that is why they chosen us. The quality of the stone, shape, material, size should be exact at every time. After chosing propel plant we are getting same type of output and our clients are fully satisfied with us, because of this they have increased their requirement from our plant, even though they have other options they chose only our plant for their requirement. Especially for high grade concrete we are the suppliers for them. Keeping in target in mind of 30,000 tonnes to 35,000 tonnes of our client, we are running 17 hours per day for that we are getting 2000 tonnes per day which keeps us happy.

The jaw plate life has given a good advantage as it is interchangeable and reversible we have full confidence as we can never stop in this type of technology, even the cone is very good as we are dealing with high grade basalt, it is the hardest in maharashtra. If we have soft basalt we are the highest production plant in this area. The advantage of bigger size jaw, as propel has standard

for 700 mm boulders but we can get through 900 mm boulders which saves the diesel and mining cost which is low comparatively to others. Compared to our previous jaw to jaw combination the production now is comparatively very high. The rock breaking cost is very low as the in take is very high by jaw. Mining cost has also got less and blasting cost also simultaneously goes down.

Service is very good, service persons come to our plant with solutions, they give solutions to us then and there by phone or visiting on site. I wish to god that soon propel should be available in the international market.
