While traveling down the ramp in second gear with a load of crushed waste, he hit bumps on the ramp and lost control, hitting the wall at # 23 Safety Bay.

Causes of Incident

Slow down on ramp. Go down ramp in first gear when loaded.
Be proactive. Report any changing conditions of the ramp to your supervisor.
Reviewed this incident with all crews. Be aware of your surroundings and changing
conditions at all times.
