2-2. Heater 설계

전력 : 단위[W]; 와트, Watt전기에너지에 의하여 1초 동안에 하는 일량

Power 설계: Heat Energy, 공정 온도에 해당하는 열량을 발생시킬 수 있는 열량을 산정(Watt Density: Watts/cm^2)

저항회로의 전력직류 전원의 전압 V[V]에 의하여 저항 R[Ω]에 공급하는 전력 P는

P = V * I = V / R = I2 * R = V^2 / R [W]

전력량 : 단위[Wh] ; 와트아워, Watt-hour1[초] 동안에 소비되는 전력 W(t)는

Wt = P * t [J]

Power 선정 – 전압 선정 – 저항 선정 – 전류 선정

ex) Genus MS Heater

Power = 2600 W, 장비 사용 전압 220 V,

2600 = 220^2 / x, R = 18.6 Ω, I = 11.8 A

Power = 2600 W, 장비 사용 전압 110 V,

2600 = 110^2 / x, R = 4.7 Ω, I = 23.4 A
