FLCC Opportunities Early Scholars Program
› Seniors can take classes Senior year on the FLCC campus for both college and high school credit
› Scholarships are available (50% tuition)
College Application Process
Colleges select students on the following criteria: Transcript SAT/ACT Extracurricular activities Recommendations (counselor & teachers) Interview (when required) Portfolio (when required) The application itself (essay, completion of
supplemental applications)
Common App College Application that is one application
for over 550 schools Application available in August - we suggest
students begin then - especially if your student is considering Early Decision/Early Action
IB Diploma Candidates are encouraged to complete the common app process in August with Mrs. Prindle
We will have college application workshops for students in the Fall to help as well

Regardless of how you file your taxes or who is actually planning on contributing toward tuition costs - your financial aid eligibility is based upon HOUSEHOLD INCOME!
All assets are considered part of your available funds for contribution
A loan of $80,000 (with 5% interest) will be paid in 25 years with a monthly payment of $468
