Planned development of employees in specific low-paying occupations to specific entry level technical, professional and administrative (TPA) classifications.

The goal is to provide assistance to employees in those low-paying occupations who desire to advance into entry level TPA career paths.

Occupations that are traditionally low-paying, little advancement into TPA jobs, but are not necessarily the lowest salaries

Entry Level

(To class)

Entry-level TPA classes which hiring is typically open to the public and low-paying classes may advance into. These are referred to as UM classifications or destination classes
