A group of companies «Zdravmedtekh», incorporated in to the association of «ZDRAVMEDTEKH», is one of leaders in Russian FEDERATION on the production of disposable medical clothing and linen. Six production enterprises are included in the association of «ZDRAVMEDTEKH»: «ЗДРАВМЕДТЕХ-Москва», «ЗДРАВМЕДТЕХ-Екатеринбург», «Zdravmedtekh-povolzh'e», «ЗДРАВМЕДТЕХ-Новосибирск», «ЗДРАВМЕДТЕХ-Чернигов» and «ЗДРАВМЕДТЕХ-Белоруссия». The association «ZDRAVMEDTEKH» producing a large variety of medical and surgical clothes, medical linen, specialized operating complete sets, used for providing hi-tech types of medicare. To forefeel demands of Medicare in Russian FEDERATION the association is presented in different cost categories - from the «standard» to the «premium» class goods. All the materials used in the production process meet the requirements of world’s quality standards.To increase protective properties of surgical clothes , ultrasonic technology «impermeable stitch» is utilized. Special protective layers, operating tapes and wounds care products are also used in manufacturing process.Evaluation of no woven materials, used in the production of disposable medical clothes and linen of «ZDRAVMEDTEKH», conducted by GNC of VB «Vector», showed that materials of SMS, Tayvek and Softess (Sontara) possess the level of bacterial protection as 10 times higher, than cotton fabrics and spanbond material.

Complete set of protective clothes for doctors working with dangerous infections is tested and settled for use in specialized clinics, research centers and other

organizations involved in working with microorganisms of 1-4 groups of pathogenicity, that is confirmed by proper documentation of GNC of VB «Vector».

The masks produced by «ZDRAVMEDTEKH» meet the requirements of the European standard of EN 14683 «Surgical masks. Requirements and methods of tests» and satisfy descriptions of masks of the II type (for work in an operating-

room), that is also confirmed by the proper documentation of GNC of VB «Vector».

All of products, produced by the«ZDRAVMEDTEKH», is registered in Minzdravsocrazvitiya of Russian FEDERATION and has certificates of

accordance. Materials, used for the production of surgical clothes and linen allows us to make the high-quality products in different price segments of the market, and

meeet requirements of the European standard of EN 13795 for «Surgical clothes and linen».

For the production of goods in «standard» class we use materials ,certified by European ISO 9001: multi-layered non woven materials manufactured by

«Avgol'-rus» Russia, and «Pegasus» Czekh Republic.

For making wares of «premium» class we use non woven materials «Softess», «Tayvek» and «Saprel», manufactured by «Dyupon», USA and special multi-layered materials for the complete sets of operating linen from RKW, Belgium.

«ZDRAVMEDTEKH - Ekaterinburg» works in more than eight regions of Russian FEDERATION, as well as in Kazakhstan, namely on territory of the Ural Federal district with an area of 1 788 900 км (10.46 % of territory of Russia), with population of 12.3 million’s.
