BUTTERFLIES OF CHANGE EVALUATION
Final Feedback Questions: There was too much material to cover. I enjoyed the exercises that we did in the group. Some of my attitudes changed as a result of attending the group. I felt positive about myself when I finished the group. Some of my behaviors changed as a result of attending the group. As a result of attending the group, I have more understanding of
my substance use, past and present. Today I believe recovery is manageable and it is my choice to
manage my recovery. I plan to continue to utilize the Butterflies group material as a
resource when I leave group. The group facilitators helped me understand about substance use
and recovery. The group facilitators supported me as a person and my goals.
Common Suggestions on ImprovementsDo not feel safe/ comfortable when different people are coming and going. Can there be an open group and a closed group.Enjoyed the group but sometimes feel rushed…not enough time.Wish we could start earlier and go longerWould like a sign put up not to interrupt the group when MSP opens it doesn’t make me feel safe or comfortable when people keep peeking in and disturbing the group.Future groups should be closed..I don’t feel safe when there are new people all the time.Provide more follow up for group members who miss a session.Try to stay more on topic.Group should be restricted to women dealing with an addiction.Time change maybe starting at 4:30-6:00.
