Vendor Selection Process
1. The Review Committee – made up of representatives from our member governments and business partners – reviewed bids.
2. Bids were ranked using a scoring matrix that evaluated the vendors on cost, corporate experience, ability to assume risk, and technical approach to the project.
3. In the case of finalists:1. Interviews and reference checks.2. Anonymous votes from review committee

The 2012 project includes a WMS which hosts 2010 and 2012 imagery for DRAPP participants until May 2014.
Have long-term plans to extend this to include more imagery and for a longer period of time.
Regional Planimetrics Preliminary meetings to discuss planimetrics
needs across the region. If enough commonalities can be found, we’ll
consider generating regional planimetric products off the DRAPP 2012 imagery.
