ப மவயொன தபொருட்கள் • பகழ்வரகு ைொவு - 1கப் • தவள்மை சொ ம் - 1 கப் • யிர் - 1/2 கப் • சின்ன தவங்கொயம் (தபொடியொக நறுக்கியது ) - 1/4 கப் • ைொங்கொய் (தபொடியொக நறுக்கியது ) - 1/4 கப் • தகொத் ைல்லி - சிைி ைவு • உப்பு - ப மவக்பகற்ப சசய்முலற

ஒரு பொத் ிரத் ில் 4 கப் ண்ைரீ் பசர்த்து நன்ைொக தகொ ிக்க விடவும். பின்னர் 1கப் பகழ்வரகு ைொவுடன் ண்ைரீ் பசர்த்து நன்ைொக(ப ொமச ைொவு ப த் ிற்கு) கலந்து தகொ ிக்கின்ை ண்ைரீுடன் பசர்த்து நன்கு கட்டி பசரொைல் ைி ைொன ீயில் 15லிருந்து 20நிைிடம் வமர கிண்டவும். இத்துடன் 1கப் சொ ம் ைற்றும் ப மவயொன உப்பு பசர்த்து இைக்கிவிடவும். 6 லிருந்து 8 ைைி பநரம் புைிக்க மவத்து அத்துடன் யிர், தவங்கொயம், ைொங்கொய், தகொத் ைல்லி பசர்த்து பரிைொைவும்.

Crispy Cajun PotatoesIngredients:• 10-12 potatoes• 3 tbsp Mayonnaise• 2 tbp Red paprika powder• Sriracha sauce• Garlic Powder• Dried Basil, Thyme, Oregano, Parsley, Red Chilli Flakes• Cumin powder(Optional)• Salt as needed• Oil for frying• Chopped onions

Method:1. Wash the baby potatoes and cook until ¾ done.2. Once cooled down, press each baby potato in such a way that it turns flat.3. In a pan, heat oil. Place the flatten potato in the oil and cook until it turns into golden brown. Remove it from the stove and sprinkle some salt.4. In a bowl mix Mayonnaise, Red paprika powder, Garlic powder, Sriracha ,dried spices and salt. Mix well.5. Before serving, mix the potato and the Cajun sauce.6. Serve immediately with finely chopped onions and a pinch of red paprika powder.

ஓர் அைகொன, அடர்ந் கொட்டில் ைிகவும் ைகிழ்ச்சியொக நொன்கு நண்பர்கள் வொழ்ந்துதகொண்டிருந் ொர்கள். கொகம், ைொன், எலி ைற்றுபைொர் ஆமை. இவர்கள் ைிகவும்தநருக்கைொன நண்பர்கள். ினமும் இவர்கள் ஒரு அடர்ந் ைரத் டியில் ை ியபவமையில் சந் ித்து விமையொடி ைகிழ்ந் னர். இப்படி ஒரு நொள் நண்பர்கள்கூடும் பவமையில், நொன்கு பபரில் ஒருவர் ைட்டும் அங்கு வரவில்மல. அவர் நம்ைொன் நண்பர். எப்தபொழுதும் பநரத் ில் வரும் நண்பன் இன்று ொை ம் ஆனதும்,

ைற்ை மூன்று நண்பர்களும் ைிகவும் வருத் ைமடந்து பயொசமனயில்ஆழ்ந் னர். அப்தபொழுது கொகம் ஒரு பயொசமன கூைியது. "நம் நண்பன் ைொன், ஏப ொஆபத் ில் இருக்கிைொன். நொம் அவன் வரும் வைியொகச் தசன்று ப டுபவொம்" என்றுதசொன்னது. நண்பர்கள் மூவரும் புைப்பட்டனர். அப்தபொழுது ஆமை,

"என்னொல் பவகைொக வரமுடியொது. நீங்கள் இருவரும் மு லில் தசல்லுங்கள்"என்று கூைியது. எலி, கொகத் ின் முதுகில் ஏைி ைொன் வரும் ிமசமய பநொக்கிப்பைந் து. சற்று பநரத் ில், ன் நண்பர் ஒரு வமலயில் சிக்கிதவைிபய வரமுடியொைல் வித்துக் தகொண்டிருந் ம பொர்த்து அ ிர்ந் து. அம ப்பொர்த் நண்பர்கள், ”நண்பபர என்னொச்சு?” என்று பகட்டொர்கள். ைொன் ைிகவும்வருத் த்துடன், "என்மன ஒரு பவடன் இந் வமலயில் சிக்க மவத்து விட்டொன்.அவன் வரும்முன் என்மனக் கொப்பொற்றுங்கள்" என்று கூைியது. உடபன எலிக்கு ஒருபயொசமனத் ப ொன்ைியது. ன் கூரியப் பற்கைொல் வமலமயக் கடித்துஎடுத் து.ைொன், ைகிழ்ச்சியுடன் தவைிபயைியது.

Kumari Kandam is theorized as an isolated (both temporally and geographically) landmass. Geographically, it was located in the Indian Ocean. Temporally, it was a veryancient civilization. Many Tamil writers do not assign any date to the submergence ofKumari Kandam, Those who do, vary greatly, ranging from 30,000 BCE to the 3rdcentury BCE.According to the proponents, the continent submerged when the last ice age ended andwhen sea levels rose. Tamil people then migrated to other lands, and mixed with othergroups, leading to the formation of new races, languages and civilizations. Some alsotheorize that entire humanity descended from the inhabitants of Kumari Kandam. Bothnarratives agree on the point that Tamil culture is the source of all civilized culture inthe world, and Tamil is the mother language of all other languages in the world.According to most versions, the original culture of Kumari Kandam survived in TamilNadu.So, how much truth is there in the story of Kumari Kandam? According to theresearchers at India’s National Institute of Oceanography, the sea levels were lower by100m about 14,500 years ago and by 60m about 10,000 years ago. Hence, it isentirely possible that there was once a land bridge connecting other land masses tomainland India. As the rate of global warming increased between 12,000 and 10,000years ago, the rising sea levels resulted in periodic flooding. This would havesubmerged prehistoric settlements that were located around the low-lying coastal areasof India and Sri Lanka. Robots can conduct surgery, pacemakers can help regulate a person’s heartbeat,and now robots you eat may soon start crawling around inside your intestinal tract,delivering medicine or handling other duties.Actuators are the components in machines that are responsible for movement. Butunlike the typical metal joinery that’s powered by a motor, these edible gelatin actuatorsare filled with air or fluid or react to chemicals, which cause them to move.Combining these actuators with other advancements in edible electronics — batteries thatcan safely pass through a digestive tract, or chips and cameras that are already onthe market that can be ingested. These robots may be used to deliver medicines inthe intestinal tract or move around to help provide stability where needed. The edibleactuators that their team invented measure about three to five centimeters in length.Two of these actuators put together could create a gripper.Gelatin makes sense for a material in an edible robotic partbecause gelatin is already used safely as an outer layer inmedicine capsules available over the counter.“This soft, pneumatic approach is really cool, because whenyou think about your gastrointestinal tract and tissues, those are kind of soft, squishyand compliant, and there’s a lot of gas,” said Bettinger, who leads a research group atCMU that invented an edible battery made out of melanin last year.The edible gelatin actuator itself doesn’t have any electronics in it and is fullydigestible, according to Floreano. This is different from other edible electroniccomponents, like the battery from Carnegie Melon, which is ingestible, but eventuallypasses out of a person’s system.Ingestible electronics that are already on the market include pills with ingestible sensorson them that can track patient compliance, as well as a camera that is small enough tobe swallowed to record activity in a person’s digestive tract to help diagnosis issues,like bleeding, that scopes can’t detect.“The wind in the sails that will take anything [in edible electronics] forward is identifyingthe exact problem first and designing solutions to tackle that problem,” said Bettinger.“So maybe the pieces are there, but it’s kind of up to the private sector to synthesizethem to actually make products.”The researchers at EPFL say that they are also collaborating with the École hôtelièrede Lausanne in Switzerland, widely considered to be one of the best hospitality schoolsin the world, to make different kinds of food substances that may be ingested androboticized. The gelatin-based actuator is still in its very early stages of development!
