Week of June 1st – Tickets mailed home June 5- Yearbook distribution in café @ 2:30 June 8th – 9th Window for period 7 & 8

Exams Begin for Seniors Wednesday, June 10th Periods 1 & 2 exams Thursday, June 11th Periods 3 & 4 exams Friday, Jun 12th Periods 5 & 6 exams Friday, June 12th Senior Palooza 12:30-3pm Monday, June 15 – 1ST Rehearsal at NHS at 9 am sharp. MANDATORY Tuesday, June 16- 2nd Graduation Rehearsal 8am breakfast & 9am departure for Oakdale Tuesday, June 16 – Senior Credit Check at

noon

Senior Class Outing is on Friday, May 22nd

ALL NHS Field Trip Guidelines and handbook rules apply. We also expect you to follow Holiday Hill rules.

The absence from classes, as a result of the outing, will be excused.

You will meet in the auditorium at 8:45 am.

Senior Class Outing ALL students attending the

outing MUST take the bus...YOU CANNOT DRIVE YOURSELF!

NO LOCKERS at Holiday Hill – Do NOT bring VALUABLES.NHS and Holiday Hill are not responsible for any lost or stolen items.

Please remember you represent NHS...Appropriate behavior is expected.

8:00 am – Breakfast in auditorium lobby8:30 am – Assemble by House in Auditorium9:00 am – Load Busses9:15 am – Depart for Oakdale Theatre9:45 am – Begin rehearsal at Oakdale Theatre11:30 am – Depart Oakdale – Return to NHS12:15pm - Cap & gown Distribution in auditoriumAfternoon Break4:45 pm - Return to NHS to depart for Oakdale on NHS Buses. Be back at NHS!!!

*You MUST plan for your own transportation home!

* All-Night Graduation Party will begin 1-hour after our ceremony ends.

Ticket InformationLetter #1 – 4/21/15Information about tickets. 6 tickets per student. You can request an additional 4 (10 total). See Ms. Plocharczyk in the Doran House Office to request extra tickets (handicapped tickets available)

Your attendance at BOTH rehearsals is MANDATORY…Failure to attend one or both rehearsals will result in NOT participating in Commencement!!!

Transportation will be provided for the rehearsals & commencement. You cannot drive yourself to the Oakdale but you MUST have your own ride back after commencement is over.

“Game Day Dress” is REQUIRED for Ceremony

NO decorations are to be placed on any part of your cap or gown

Procession begins at 6:45 pm and ceremony begins at 7:00 pm. Doors to Oakdale will close at 6:45 to allow graduates to proceed in &

re-open following processional… Tell your family and guests to plan accordingly.

No signs or balloons will be allowed into the Oakdale

Dignified behavior is EXPECTED.
