FOR CONSULTANCY SERVICES FOR 22OKV TRANSMISSION LINES INCLUDED IN ADB tOAN NO.3577-PAK TRANCHE.II.

1. National Transm ission and Dispatch Company (NTDC), a corporate entity constituted afterrestructuring of power WinB of WApDA, invites proposals from the consulting firms forfollowing 03 numbers 220kV transmission lines included in ADB Loan No. 3419_pakTranche-ll:

220kV SDT Twin Bundle Rail conductor transmission line from Guddu toShikarpur (approx. 15okm)220kVSDTTwin Bundle Rail conductor transmission line from ShikarpurtoUch (approx.100km)220kV SDT Twin Bundle Rail conductor transmission lihe from Uch to Sibbi(approx. 1lokm)

The services shall include but not limited to construction supervision and its alliedactivities for above 220kV transmission lines.

The invitation isopen to allthe consulting firms fulfilling pECbye laws. The consulting firmshall be selected under euality and Cost Based Selection procedure.

4. Qualification and experience ofthe interested fiims

tirm/JV must have minimum of 10 years of working experience on 22okv or aboverating tranimission line projects of similar nature.Firm/V must have, during last 10 years, provided consultancy services (projectmanagement and construction supervision etc.) of at least 12OKM (accumulative) of22okv or above rating of transmission line projects involving route suNey, plans &profiles, civil works, erection of towers, stringing of conductor & OftSfOpcw,telecommunication works, testing & commissioning and other allied activities.Firm/JV must have in his emptoyment capable key personnelwith related expertiseand knowledge/ experience. Documentary evidence to this effect incruding authenticsalary slips of the key personnel shall be submitted with the proposal. ialary stipsshould be genuine and signed by the authorized representative of the firm as we asconcerned key person.

Price of the Request for proposals is pKR 2,5OOr (pak Rupees fivethousand only). Themethod of payment for purchase of RFp wil be in the form of pay order, bank draft orbanker's/cashier's cheque in favour of Chief Engineer (Mp&M) NTDC. Bidding Documentscan also be downloaded from www.ntdc.com.pk free of cost for reference.

additional fee of Rs. 1,000/- for.Jomestic delivery or pKR equivalent to USS 60/ or anequivalent amount in any freely convertible currency, for overseas delivery, through payorder, bank draft or banker's/cashier,s cheque in favour of the Chief Engineer (Mp&M)NTDC, alongwith written application, so that the Bidding Documents may be sent to theprospective bidders expeditiously without assuminS any responsibility for delay, if any,occurring in receipt of the Bidding Documents by them.-No liability will be accepted for lossor late delivery in such case.

The Proposals prepared in accordance with the instructions in the RFp must reach at berowmentioned address on or before 11:00 hours, pakistan Standard Time on 25 september,2018.
