英語教學雙峰解決策略 Coping with Mixed Ability Classes

九年一貫課程綱要強調適性教學九年一貫課程實施後，學習的年限加長，將衍生學生程度參差的現象，老師應該在時間、資源允許的範圍內，儘量針對學生的程度實施適性教學針對學生的程度實施適性教學。除了以學校行政措施學校行政措施（如能力分組、社團活動等）因應外，老師在課堂中更應以靈活的教學技巧靈活的教學技巧（如增刪教材、變化活動或問題難度等）儘量照顧學生不同的需求。對於程度兩極的學生，或進行補救教學協進行補救教學協助其迎頭趕上助其迎頭趕上；或提供適當的課外補充教材，個別指導以求加深加廣、持續精進。
