英語教學雙峰解決策略 Coping with Mixed Ability Classes
九年一貫課程綱要強調適性教學九年一貫課程實施後,學習的年限加長,將衍生學生程度參差的現象,老師應該在時間、資源允許的範圍內,儘量針對學生的程度實施適性教學針對學生的程度實施適性教學。除了以學校行政措施學校行政措施(如能力分組、社團活動等)因應外,老師在課堂中更應以靈活的教學技巧靈活的教學技巧(如增刪教材、變化活動或問題難度等)儘量照顧學生不同的需求。對於程度兩極的學生,或進行補救教學協進行補救教學協助其迎頭趕上助其迎頭趕上;或提供適當的課外補充教材,個別指導以求加深加廣、持續精進。
