Ted woke up.He sat up in his bed."Today!" he shouted. "I go to camp today!"

Ted jumped out of his bed.He got his T-shirt and his shorts.He got his shoes and his sunhat.

"Where are my red socks?" said Ted."Where, oh where are my socks?"Ted looked for his red socks.

Are they up here?No.Are they down here?No.Are they in here?No.

"Where did my red socks go?"said Ted.

Ted looked under his bed."Here they are," said Ted."Here are my red socks!"

Ted put on his socks.

He went to get his backpack.Ted put his hat in the backpack.He put in his towel and his bathing suit.He put the sunscreen in his backpack.

"I can go to camp now, "said Ted.

Ted ran down the hall to his mother’s room.He went into her room."Mom, Mom, wake up Mom," he shouted."I am awake," said Mom."What do you want?"

"Camp, Mom! Today is camp!""Yes, Ted," said Mom."Camp is today.”Look out the window Ted.The sun is not up.It is not morning.Go back to sleep and let the sun wake up!"
