confidence in the process. This means we won’t hand your new home over to you until it has

passed all three key building stage inspections conducted by the independent BSS Group of Architects and Building Consultants.

You can rest easy knowing that at the Lock-up, Fixing and Practical Completion

stages, your new home is inspected and any concerns are brought to the attention

of your Construction Supervisor and yourself in a thorough written report.

The BSS Group has over 35 years of experience and completes quality

independent inspections on many other builds, as well as all Porter Davis homes.

We believe using the independent BSS group for all Porter Davis building inspections, gives you ultimate peace of mind with the
