The above employees shall attend the said Job m addition to their own duties. They shall also ensure removal of encroachments/illegal constructions, implementation of ban on use of polythene.They shall submit Work done report on daily basis and maintain proper records.

Note:- The lie Accounts Section/Tax Section shall issue G.R Books to above employees for collection of user charges (sanitation fee) and concerned employees shall ensure collection of said fee and its remittance In office on daily basis. They shall ask households to use personal dustbins, required for collection and. disposal of waste through Safaie Karamcharles.

The entire process shall be carried on, under the supervision of Food Inspector and Secretary, who shall submit the requisite compliance report on daily basis. · ·

, In case Of any dereliction/negligence, action under rules shall be taken against default employee. N,ote:- (a) The supervisory staff mentioned in columnNo - 04 shall collect user charges (Sanitation Fee) in their concerned areas
