Evening entertainment
Eating
There will be breakfast and dinner every day where we will eat as a group in the dining hall.
A full packed lunch will be provided everyday.
All allergies are catered for by being cooked and served separately.
Rooms at the chateau vary in size. They sleep from 4 to 10 children and each bedroom has an ensuite bathroom.
Adults rooms are interspersed along the corridor between the children’s rooms.
Children will be asked to write down the friends that they would be happy to share a room with. The year 6 teachers will then allocate rooms ensuring that children are with at least one of the friends they requested.
Rooms
We will be travelling from school on the coach and will get the ferry from Dover to Calais.
We will be asking children to arrive at school at approx. 6.30am. This will be confirmed nearer the time.
There will be designated places in the playground clearly labelled for children to leave their luggage.
Once at Calais, we will travel to Honfleur where we will stop and have lunch. We will then continue on to Le Molay-Littry.
We should arrive at the Chateau late afternoon, meet the instructors, unpack, have dinner and enjoy our first evening activity.
