ORDER:.ln the reference 4th read above, the Director of Municipat Administration,

Tetangana, Hyderabad has stated that, the Commissioner, Bhootpur Municipatity hassubmitted a proposat for division of Bhootpur Municipatity into ten (10) wards afterfoltowing the due procedure as prescribed in G.o. 1't read above and requested toissue finaI notification.

2. After careful examination of the matter and in supersession of orders issuedvide reference 2nd read above, Government herby decide [o issue finat notification ofdivision of Bhootpur Municipatity into ten (10) wards.

1. The fottowing Notification wilt be pubtished in an Extra-ordinary lssue of theTelangana Gazette:

ln exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 6 of theTetangana Municipalities Act No.1 1 of 7019 read with retangana Municipatities(Division of Municipalities into wards) Rutes 2019, issued in G.o.Ms.No.7g, MunicipatAdministration and Urban Devetopment (MA) Department, Dated 29.06.2019, theGovernor of relangana hereby notify the division of Bhootpur Municipatity into ten(10) wards as described in the Annexure appended to the notification with immediateeffect.
