Classes are held at Eckerd College and the Centre of Palm Harbor

OLLIREGISTRATIONThere are two ways to register for an OLLI course:

1. ONLINE AT ECKERD.EDU/OLLI/REGISTERPreferred way to register! Why?

• Immediate placement in classes accepting registrations

• Online registrations open one week prior to those registering via Drop-Off or Mail-In

• You can register even when the office is closed (nights, weekends and holidays)

Need help in learning how to register online? Our staff stands ready to assist.

You will be required to call the office if:

• The class is full and you wish to be placed on a waitlist

• You are requesting a guess pass

• You want to cancel or switch a class

2. DROP-OFF/MAIL-IN Submit completed registration

form and drop off at the OLLI office. Drop-Off and Mail-In registrations are not processed immediately. You will be notified if we are unable to place you in the class of your choice. Registering Online provides you with immediate confirmation.

Important Notes about Registration: • Payment is due upon registration.

• Payment is accepted by credit card only. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

• No cash or checks

• Drop-Off or Mail-In registrations must be fully paid before admittance will be granted to a class. Allow enough time to visit the office to submit payment before the class begins.

REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICIESUnless otherwise noted for a specific class or trip, the following general policies will apply:

Cancellation Policy: Any class or trip that does not meet the minimum enrollment requirement will be canceled at least seven days prior to its first meeting. Enrollment requirements vary by class/trip but are typically 12 people for classes and 20 people for trips. Make sure to register early to avoid classes being cancelled due to low enrollment.

In the event a class or trip has to be cancelled, every attempt will be made to notify you before the start of the event. You will receive a full refund for any event that OLLI must cancel.

Withdrawal - Refund Policies• To withdraw from a class or trip,

please notify the OLLI call center (727.864.7600) as soon as possible so that your space may be given to another student.

If you withdraw:

• At least seven (7) days before first class session/trip – you will be refunded the full amount of the class less a $10 administrative fee.

• Fewer than seven (7) days before first class session/trip – No refund.

Withdrawals from any activity for which the fee is $10 or less are non-refundable.

No shows or those who attend only partial sessions forfeit the entire class/trip fee.

OLLI DINE-AROUNDSThe OLLI Dine-Arounds feature an educational component, usually offering a brief lecture from the restaurant owner or manager about the cultural history of the food or restaurant.

Participants order from the menu, and each member will be responsible for his/her own meal cost and tip. Meet at the restaurant at the time noted for each location. Group size is limited so register early.
