This bag has been an Australian icon since its official launch way back in 1963 and we can very proudly say, after over 50 years, it’s still an absolute winner with kids and parents alike. See inside for contents and pricing and get your orders in quick.

If you are planning a spring fete or fair at your school, please remember a few points to make your day a super stand out success.

Order approximately the same amount of showbags as there are kids enrolled at your school. Pre –sell all your show bags before the fete so you know which bags sell best. (You can collect the money and hand out the showbags on the fete day, that way you will sell more!)

Place your order two weeks before you need it to allow ample shipping time. Lucky Dips are a GREAT addition to the showbag stall, easy and effective! If you’re not having a fete/fair for any reason, you can still have a SHOWBAG DAY, we can supply the kids with a take home catalogue and cash collection envelopes, a really fun fundraiser and best of all, easy to run!

So, how do you run a Mr Showbags funraiser? Its EASY....

Determine the start date

Determine the fundraiser duration. (we suggest two weeks maximum)

Promote the fundraiser. To get the excitement going, we suggest advertising in the school newsletter 2 weeks before your scheduled event launch date. You also may like to order a sample pack and have 4 of the showbags available to view at the general offi ce during lunchtime.

On the start day, send each family home with a showbag order form and money collection envelope. (we will supply these).

Advertise during the fundraiser with a reminder of the closing date.

Collect all forms and money envelopes back.

Collate all orders.

Place order via fax/email or phone.

Your order will arrive within 7-10 days.

Hand out the showbags and count your money!!!

How do I run a Mr Showbags drive? Call us for a comprehensive media kit. We will post you the information.

How is a showbag drive different from just selling your showbags at your fair? The difference is, you do not have to wait for your school to have a fete or fair. The beauty of a show bag drive is you can run it any time of the year. We encourage schools to have a showbag drive at least once a year.

Is there a minimum order?Yes, please order 50 bags (in total).

Can I still sell your showbags at our fete/fair?Absolutely!

How do I pay for my order?You may pay via credit card over the phone, Direct Debit, B Pay or good old fashioned cheque. If you elect the cheque option, we require a cheque mailed back to us strictly within 7 days of fete/fair.

How much is freight?That depends on your location and the quantities you order. A member of our team can answer your questions when you place your order.

Can I return any unsold showbags?Yes. We have a sale or return policy on all bags NOT containing food products. We will happily refund up to 20% of the original order placed, I.E. your original order was for 300 showbags, you may return 60 for full credit.

Are the bags pre packed?The bags are all ready to go. Just open the cartons and start selling!

Do you have any point of sale material?YES! With all orders placed, we supply a brightly coloured poster advertising the showbags for you. If you are having a showbag drive, we will supply everything you need including printed catalogues, order forms and money return envelopes.

How much can we sell them for?Great question. At a fete or fair, most schools have the greatest success between $6.00 and $6.50. A great way to get multiple sales is to sell them three for $18.00. For the showbag drives, determine your own price.

How many bags will we sell?For most schools having a fete or fair, allow 1 bag per student enrolled. For a showbag drive, expect 2 bags per student.

How are the bags delivered?All our orders are sent by a leading track and trace national courier. They will deliver your order to the school during school hours. There is no need to pay the courier, we take care of that.

How long before I get my order?Please allow two weeks.
