• Education for StandartizationResearch found 2 courses about standardization:
• Federal Technological Education Mastership (CEFET-MG)
– Standardization technology and industrial quality – created in 1995, it’s a course with 2415 hours during 4 years, that offers 35 place per each six consecutive months. Broaches since guidelines to standardization process until management integrated systems planning and implementation (quality, ambiental, security and health ocupational, and social responsability).
• National Service of Industrial Learning (SENAI - SC)
–Standardization basic course – Professional qualification that aims to orient about standards elaboration process, with 10 hour classes.

ABNT – Strategies
• Education for Standartization– Since 2002, ABNT with a partnership jointine SENAI and Brazilian Goverment, who invested U$700,000, a new program to human resources empowerment was made.
– Purpose: increase the companies involvement on standardization effords, mainly small bussiness, and strutured a qualification program, using firsty pilot courses experiences as basis.
– Result expected: • Use technical standards to lead their activities;• Work out in new standards development;• Spread standardization process and technical standards matters.

• Facilitate the acess to standards leads people to a bigger demand of standards knowledge (SEBRAE and CONFEA);
• There’s a great challenge to increase awareness;• Our proposition is pioneer in Brazil and the methodology used in
this development with the implantation plan could contribute significantly to standardization education.
