or upwards of either sex in the Parish of Aberlady; the purpose of the.

said meeting shall be to receive the Report am ACC0tmts of the Council, 'to

appoint not more than' fifteen meMbers under clause second hereof, and to

take such iiction as it miy decide under clause seventh hereof.

shall make the nomination at any timo within one month before the Annual

General Meetinr, at which the retiring member of the Council shall retire.

such member s'hall h ve been nominated and the person nominated shall retire

at the time when the vacatlng member would have retired. In the event of

member of the Counoil the Council shall h'"ve power to f111 such vaoanoy

the Council shall have power by a Resolution of the Council passed at a

vote in fave-ur of the H.c301ution to allow sltch new organisation to appoint

organisation had been mentioned in clouRe seoond hereof and for this purpos

SEVENTH If any organisation entitled to nominate a member of the Counoil

ceases to exiRt or fails to make nominar.ion in manner aforesaid before the

Lunual General Meeting in any year the Annual General Meeting shall deoide
