ACICO is a Kuwaiti fast growing company which its products meet the basic necessities of modern life requirements such as building materials .For this reason, the company’s activities have gone beyond Kuwait’s borders to reach the other states in the Gulf Cooperation Council Countries where the company is working currently through its diverse sectors in the State of Kuwait, United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia and State of Qatar.

Within this context, ACICO Construction Company, which is one of the companies working under the umbrella of ACICO, has acquired “ACICO Industries for Precast and Construction” in 2014 in order to expand its industrial and constructive activity so as to include the industry of the precast concrete, cutting and bending steel rebar services, industry of the welded wire mesh in addition to the Company’s previous industries typified by its industry of the autoclaved aerated concrete (AAC), cement and interlocked tiles as well as the ready mix concrete. No wonder then that ACICO Company has become the biggest supplier to the Kuwaiti market in ready mix activity through its two factories which serve North and South of the state of Kuwait.

أس��يكو هي ش��ركة كويتية س��ريعة النمو، تلبي منتجاتها الضرورات األساسية لمتطلبات الحياة العصرية من مواد البناء هذا وقد خرجت أنشطة الشركة إلى أبعد من حدود الكويت لتص��ل إلى غيره��ا من دول مجلس التع��اون الخليجي حيث تعمل الش��ركة حاليا من خالل قطاعاته��ا المتنوع��ة في كل م��ن دولة الكوي��ت، دولة اإلم��ارات العربية المملك��ة العربية

السعودية، ودولة قطر.

هذا وقد قامت شركة أسيكو لإلنشاءات وهي إحدى الشركات العاملة تحت مظلة أسيكو باإلس��تحواذ على الش��ركة الصناعية للمباني الجاهزة واإلنشاءات عام 2014 وذلك لتوسعة نشاطها الصناعي واإلنشائي ليشمل صناعة الخرسانة مسبقة الصب وخدمات قص وثني حديد التس��ليح ، وصناعة شبك الحديد الملحوم باإلضافة لصناعاتها السابقة المتمثلة في صناعة الخرس��انة الخلوية واألس��منت والبالط المتداخل عالوة على الخرسانة الجاهزة حيث أصبح��ت أس��يكو أكبر م��ورًد للس��وق الكويتي في هذا النش��اط من خ��الل مصنعين يخدم

the Precast concrete

The Company has a group of production lines to engage in the production of precast concrete and pre-stressed buildings, and that the Company has the longest experience in the Gulf Region where its factories comprise of buildings and halls to produce all types of precast concrete.ACICO is considered a specialized company in constructions and precast concrete.Therefore, all Ministries as well as the concerned bodies certify it, and the Central Tenders Committee (CTC) classifies it as a grade ‘‘1’’ company.As for the production lines, there are 4 production halls which contain the most advanced European machines and equipment such as automatic central batching plants, hollow core production line, hydraulic tilting casting tables, steam system and an automatic concrete transportation system to the casting stations in addition to overhead and gantry cranes to transfer the in process and finished products to the production and stock yards.

The company includes a Ready Mix Batching Plant dedicated to ACICO projects and local market projects, contributing to the urban movement in the country, with a fleet of concrete transit mixers, pumps and automatic mobile batching plants.

ready MIx concrete ProductIonThe plant includes central batching plants of European origin as well as a fleet of ready mix Mercedes trucks in addition to concrete pumps of “Schwing” and “Putzmeister” of different lengths in order to meet the needs of the Kuwaiti market. The plant produces all kinds of wet ready concrete of both types of a sulfate resistant cement (SRC) or ordinary portland cement (OPC), and this includes all strengths required by Kuwaiti market starting from K 100.

the factory contains two production lines to shape the rebar as the following:

• Rebar “Cut & Bend” production line which is used for rebar bend shapes such as l, U, crank, as well as the process of shaping stirrups and pile cages. In this regard, the factory comprises also the most advanced European machines which are characterized by pinpoint accuracy and high productivity.

• A line for welded wire mesh which is used in different construction works such as slabs, walls and roofs. This line includes also the most advanced European machines which are characterized by pinpoint accuracy.
