Price per person € 11,90 (including special bag, setup, delivery, distribution & cleaning)

Range of products In the case of varying seasonal availability of certain products, we take the liberty to exchange them for

equivalent products of similar quality. The range of products and prices are therefore non-binding.

Staff We charge a minimum of 4 hours per employee.

Our offer can of course be adapted at any time.

Charging We charge based on the guaranteed quantity ordered, regardless of actual consumption.

This may no longer be changed within the last three days before the event, unless upon mutual

agreement. Changes free of charge within 3 days are only possible for up to 10 % of the quantity

ordered.

Terms of payment After agreeing to our terms/offer, please inform us of the exact billing address and UID number.

Our prices are excl. VAT. The bill should be paid as follows: 30% of the total sum within 14 days after the

initial order, the next 30% at the latest 14 days before the event. The remaining amount (final bill) should

be paid after the event, within 14 days after receiving the bill.

Cancellation conditions To avoid organisational problems, we would kindly ask you to inform us in time of any changes to the

offer or definitive number of guests.

In the case of a cancellation the following charges apply:

0 % of the total sum in the case of a cancellation within 30 days of the event,

40 % of the total sum in the case of a cancellation within 14 days of the event and

60 % of the total sum in the case of a cancellation within 7 days of the event.

In the case of a cancellation within 3 days of the event 100% of the total sum will be charged .

Delay in payment In the case of a delay in payment late fees/collection fees apply.

Should payment be late by more than 20 days, default interest of 8% EURIBOR p.a. will be charged.

Place of jurisdiction Court of competent jurisdiction is the regional court of Vienna.
