What do we know about Green Sahara?

In 1981, NASA’s space shuttle revealed a network of river courses inscribed in the desert’s bedrock.

3500 yrs ago, the desert returned.

In 2005, Elena Garcea, an Italian archaeologist joined Sereno.

6500~4500 yrs ago, there were Tenerian of normadic herding culture there.

But 10,000~8000 yrs ago, Kiffian sherd of fishing based culture next to Tererian.

They found puzzled mixed bones.

為什麼文明有不對等的發展 ?

中國文人有曰，君子疾歿世而名不顯。大江東去千古風流人物，英雄們於今安在。若不是發明了文字，老祖宗還要等人挖出老骨頭，才知道他們過得是什麼日子。

到底是個人的生存重要還是群體的生存重要 ?過程重要，還是結果重要 ?站在大自然面前，面對他的無情，卻又倚賴他的恩澤。不由得感慨生命的智慧總是提供機會，但不保證結果。
