Since BEI JING KANG JIE WATER TREATMENT COMPANY was set up for 30 years，has been committed to

researching and developing new products, new materials and new equipment in environmental protection area.

1994The first company introduced the technology of automatic Multi-way control valve into China.

1996The first company got FRP production line of tank and gone into operation.

1997 The first company introduced the technology of disc filter into China.

1998 The first company introduced the world’s advanced technology—hydraulic drive valve into China.

2000-2003 The first company researched disc filter and multi-valve system independent and gone into operation

already.

2005 Achieve sales revenue 80 million RMB.

2006 Cooperation with American Pentair Company set up Pentair JIE MING water Treatment Company.

2008 Achieve sales revenue 150 million RMB.

2010 The first company researched NO POWER automatic control multi-way valve and promoted disc filter totally.

Cooperation with WU HAN University set up water treatment technology research laboratory to researching and

developing new material，new product，new technology and nanometer film material for water treatment.

2012-2013 expanded the diaphragm valve to 8 series and scores of styles also used to more wide water treatment

area. And successful researched disc filter to suiting sea water desalination in water pretreatment.

2014-2015 cooperation with tens of international companies put products into international market and set up

strategy partner relationship with famous companies of agricultural in China.

Simple design good interchangeability and low price.

Sealing of the stem is not distorted easily to avoid leakage of stem, and possesses features such as excellent capacity of supporting, stability, and fastness.

Less rubber dosage of valve seat results low potential affection so that the torque size can be controlled in a proper scope.

Using the two piece type stem without pin connection With simple design and compact structure, it is convenient for worker to maintain and dismantle. The disc with the function of automatic centering can be matched with the seat perfectly.

The valve seat with phenol aldehyde backset possesses features of break off preventing, stretch proofing and leak proofing as well as easy changing, etc.

The sealing surface is incorporated with the backrest so that the amount of the seat is decreased.

With equipping with combination support sleeve to support valve effectively, the down-stem of disc is step holes structure.

It effectively eliminates friction caused by the self weight of valve disc and stem and makes up clearance,which is no thrust bearing between stem and end cap

Lines connecting rod connect up-stem with down-stem by combination support sleeve in the disc making valve disc, up-stem and down-stem as a whole.

Stem spacer which locates between upper stem and down stem. It prevents down stem move upward.

Seat locator is casted together with valve body. It prevents seat from moving. Mid-plummer-block spliced pole avoids frequent shake of the stem below which may result the stem divorced from valve body. Gibbosity on valve seat can avoids the possibility of seat distorted badly and torque increased rapidly, when the valve was installed improperly; and it also can avoid seat wriggling during the valve is opened and closed, when there is impurity on the surface of the seat after the valve is used for some time .

Wide mount surface can be adopted by diversity flange types. The flange-sealing surface of valve seat is the structure of broadside and orthodrome, which follows the requirement of thimble or welded flange connection, and also can be connected with many other flanges.

Raised seal surface is combined with disk. Torque is much lower than former product. Life time is extended. Narrowband seal ring is combined with spherical disc organically, which make sure that torque will not increase before the disc close up; make sure that service life of valve seat prolonged by friction decreased and open-close torque reduced, to make sure that open-close torque will not change in a long time.

Concatenate"O"series seal ring of the seat is enchased in the axle hole of valve body. The concatenate"O"series sealing ring will dilate out and tangent with valve body tightly and firmly when the stem insert the disc hole through it. In this way, when it leaks inside the valve, medium cannot afflux in the room between body and seat, which may result the accident of the seat locks disc or the seat blowout.

Double plow groove seat can not only make sure that the body, seat and disc connect correctly, but also ensure that the seat can be changed conveniently, which is helpful to avoid distorting by installation fault.

JD37A1XP-16Q Series Product Features

Centerline butterfly valve double flanged with pin is designed according to the requirements of large-scale pip net, and it belongs to butterfly valve of pip net.

The valve body can endure high pip pressure, and is safer.

The cylinder style seat,Aluminum alloy backrest is available for DN 400-1200 Butterfly Valve.

The stem of butterfly is designed to one-piece with the features of counter bending and the open and close torque is little.

In order to eliminate the displacement aroused by the disc weight, and there is a thrust bearing in the bottom of the stem.

Cautions

1.Valve mounting position and location

2.Flange connection requirements：The standard of

pipes of wafer type flange must accord with the flange

of butterfly valves；We advise you to use special or

integral flange；Please don‘t use flat welding flange.

The users adopt the flat welding flange before getting

the supplier’s admission.

3.The disc should be in full closed position when installing

the valve, ensuring the piping flanges have enough space to

put the the valve insert among flanges. At the ends of the

rubber seat extrude face of the body as the flange sealing

gasket, which needn’t add the sealing gasket when

installing the valves

4.Inserting the bolts into the

flanges ,confirming that whether

the valve is centering with the

flanges with hand or spanner to

force the bolts, reference to the

flanges end face and the outer

circle of the valve.

1.Medium Requirements

The material of seat is EPDM, not allowed including

content with oil. If including oil, the torque should be

rapid increase.

6.It must chose the flange as

attachments when installing

in the piping.

8.Before mounting valves ,the flange bore

of two pieces of flange on the piping must

be centering; not allowed adjust to

centering by tightening the bolt.

9.The valve’s actuator already finish the installation

before ex-factory ,the buyer couldn’t adjust by

yourselves.

10.Special statement

Please read the instruction carefully before installing

Violating the above mentioned installing instruction

,causing the broken valve ,even more serious ,which

should be responsible for construction party.

7.Clean the piping to make the piping

clean without any impurities and oil stain.

2.The butterfly not allowed to

install at the corner of the piping.

3.It must keep clean in the inner body when installing

the body, not allowed to weld the flange ,lest that

burring the rubber seat and the anti-corrosive coating

4.Not allowed the valve as

ripping bar ,pry the flange

5.Not allowed installing the

valve under the condition of

opening against destroying

the disc.

5.Be cautious ,please

open slightly the valve

to full opening location,

check whether the disc

is centering, the disc and

the inner bore of flange

is collide or not.

6. When installing the valve, it requires symmetry 、
