Why is that corner missing??? Also notice the dot in the "Little List" Letter in
Mt. Diablo and the "0" in the "Buttons" letter. Also notice thier position. It is a pattern.

Those Black Dots are 13 holes punched in this card. It as an overlay clue.

The center of the Zodiac symbol is punched out on this card. It is another overlay clue.

This clue tells us to overlay and rotate. That is exactly how the map and 340 cipher
are solved with the bus bomb keys. The 340 is also a key to be used with the map.
It is almost like he is getting tired of waiting .
