Upon confirmation of the date, a non-refundable deposit equivalent to 25% of the total estimated charges will be required to secure your date. All payments shall be made in advance of the function, no later than 72 hours prior to the event. Final Guarantee must be given by noon,
72 hours (three business days) in advance of the event. This number will constitute a guarantee and is not subject to reduction. A credit card must remain on file to accommodate any overages on the day of the event.
FOOD AND BEVERAGE GUIDELINESAll food and beverage items must be prepared and served by the Hotel.
Due to local beverage laws, all alcoholic beverages must be supplied and served by the Hotel. House wine service isoffered throughout the evening, including butler wine service during dinner.
Conrad Miami will select a white and red wine for your menu; however you may select wines of your choice by simplyspeaking with your Catering Manager. Additional charges may apply.
All Food and Beverage pricing is subject to 24% taxable service charge, an 8% event fee on F&B only and sales tax, currently 9%.
SET UP AND LABOR FEECake Cutting Fee of $4 per person will apply when cake is provided by guest.
Based on your requirements, a personalized seating diagram will be designed by your Catering Manager so that guests’ seating may be arranged in accordance with your preference.
Final attendance with the detailed seating chart will be completed with your Catering Manager 3 business days prior to the Wedding.
MENU TASTINGAfter confirmation of the date, we will offer all our Brides the opportunity to attend a
complimentary Menu Tasting six to eight weeks prior to your wedding, Monday thru Fridaybetween 2:00 pm- 4:00 pm or 3:00 pm – 5:00 pm. Tastings will be presented for up to four guests.
Additional fees may apply for specialty items or additional guests.
GUEST ROOMSShould guestrooms be required for your guests, a number of rooms may be reserved and special rates may be negotiated.

VALET PARKINGDiscounted Valet parking is available for the evening of your wedding at $25 per car.
