Focus on a few componentsof resilience and be a grasp of MOVING! Individually all BOUNCES. Select your preferred materialsand build your own personal recipe for BOUNCING.

Personally, sturdy function models offer as my motivation to JUMP. I've been blessed by amazingteachers and models of resilience throughout my life. Throughout the toughest times, types ofresilience inspired me to bounce-back. My grandest example of JUMP was and is my mother. The Awesome Canyonin one-day, per year after being identified as having critical breast cancer,Mom hiked! Down and back, 14 miles roundtrip. She had a radical mastectomy followed by monthsof radiation treatments the prior year. While physically compromised, Mother was spiritually andemotionally powerful. ENJOY every moment of the adventure along with she was decided to properlycomplete the trip. Our excursion into and out from the Grand Canyon was my life's mostextraordinary time. The memory of Mom JUMPING out of the Grand Canyon is actually inspirational!

Forty-two years back, I discovered just how to bounce-back from adversity by climbing the BrightAngel path with Mother. The lessons learned that morning continue to sustain me through trials andhardships also to inspire. Mother exuded self confidence. She assumed in the goodness of others. She and life shared. And she thought the holy inside the ordinary moments. Mom finally died ofcancer, but she was not a victim of life. She remained wish- joy and TOTAL -FULL towards thesummary of her. Mom chose to JUMP as opposed to being deflated by hardship. Her decisionsupported to encourage everyone who loved her and understood.

By discussing somewhat of my moms story today that you will be influenced aswell, I am hopingthat. We do have the independence to decide on an answer to life, although we cant manageeverything that happens in life. My fervent desire is the fact that we all elect to JUMP in lavish, lifegiving ways.

I look forward to the continuing conversation. I would love to hear from you if you have certainissues or problems related to your caregiving knowledge. Until the next publishing, I yours blessingsand wish you BOUNCE!
