Bali Beach Glamping provides a fabulous beachfront glamping

experience for its guests. BBG features 40 luxury air-conditioned

tents surrounding an ancient Hindu temple, and accommodating

up to 90 guests, as follows:

o 20 Deluxe tents (25 m2), with ensuite bathrooms, sleep 2 guests

o 5 Family tents (37.5 m2), with ensuite bathrooms, sleep 3 to 4 guests

o 15 Outpost tents (10 m2), with shared shower and toilet.

*Bali Beach Glamping, including all 40 tents and accommodation for up to 90 guests, can be booked for Rp 60,000,000 net per night, andfurthermore an exclusive resort booking entitles the guest to use BBG’s restaurant, pool and wedding lawn exclusively for their event. Rp 60,000,000is a 25% discount on the published price of Rp 80,000,000 for all 40 tents, so if a couple books the whole resort exclusively, and their guests fill theresort at a 10% discount, the couple’s invoice is credited with Rp 72,000,000, which is a Rp 12,000,000 profit compared to what they pay for the resort.

FAQs

Is there an entertainment curfew? If so, until what timecan we arrange our entertainment?There is no curfew if you book the whole resort, but if there areother guests in the resort we impose a midnight curfew.

Is it possible to arrange a food tasting?Yes, and we offer a complimentary one night stay and food tastingto prospective guests

Can we split the drinks packages?Yes

Do we need to leave a security deposit for damage and/orloss?In order to avoid inconvenience we invite couples to leave theirpassports with our resort manager as security, but if couplesprefer to provide cash security instead, that is also fine with us.

Until what time can our outside wedding guests stay?Wedding guests can stay until the curfew (if any).

Do I have to use a wedding planner?No, but we advise you to do so. Our packages include the servicesof an experienced wedding planner.

Is it possible to arrange fireworks or a bonfire on thebeach?Yes, however there is an additional Banjar fee of Rp 3,000,000 forfireworks. Bonfires on the beach are allowed and have no BanjarFee.

How do I secure the venue?We ask you to pay 25% of the package price to confirm a booking,with another 25% by 9 months before check in, and the balance of50% by 2 months before check-in.

Can I hold my wedding over public and religious holidays?Yes

What is ++?++ is normally 15.5% extra to be added to your invoice, comprising5% service charge for staff, and 10% government tax. We includetax & service charges in our prices, so you face no hidden charges,but please be aware that other venues often do not.

Does the cost per night change between weekdays andweekends?As Bali Beach Glamping has just opened, we do not plan todifferentiate between midweek and weekend nights initially.

What event equipment is supplied when I book myWeddingFurniture, sound system, lighting, decorations andaccommodation are included in our packages.

What happens if rain is forecast on the day of my wedding?We reserve the right to use Bali Beach Glamping’s restaurant ifnecessary
