Instead of giving up chocolate, alcohol, promising yourself that the gym will become your second home, etc. Why not try something new and rather than work towards a different resolution? Why not try being vegan throughout January? Veganuary provides you with the information that may encourage you to try veganism for a month. This isn’t a diet. This is a new, clean, energized and pure way of life. Not only are you highly likely to loose a few pounds through this diet but also you will see a change in your overall appearance through this change in eating and lifestyle. Nuts and vitamins, such as vitamin B12, give you strong and healthy skin, hair, nails, and improves your energy drastically. An animal product free lifestyle can reduce pain and stresses from your days. Such as women experiencing premenstrual syndrome can be changed with a change in diet and lifestyle. PMS is a hormonal imbalance that can be helped with prescription medication but rather than put unnatural substances when you could use natural substances that have a better result in the long term. But through a better diet the chances of getting said infection can be pushed back to when you’re 80 years of age.
