The drilling crews have nine САТ-ТВ-120 rigs (with a capacity of 120 tonnes) made by Satvia (Germany), three САТ-ТВ-180 rigs (180 tonnes) made by Satvia (Germany), eleven MBU-125 (with a capacity of 125 tonnes) rigs made by Kungurskiy Mashinostroitelniy Zavod (Kungur Machine-Building Plant) (Kungur, Russia). Four Dragon SP-650 (Cooper) rigs (Texas, USA) with a capacity of 136 tonnes were commissioned early in 2015.

Available Mud Pumps

Modern plunger mud pumps made by Halliburton (НТ-400) and SPM (TWS-600) produce sufficient flow and pressure for well drilling.

Drilling Fluid Circulation and Cleaning Systems

All drilling crews have 90-m3 (566-bbl) mobile circulation and

cleaning systems installed on special semitrailers for ease of

relocation in the areas of operation.

The systems are equipped with advanced MI-Swaco Mud Cleaners

for high-quality separation of drilling fluid and cuttings and quick

preparation of new drilling fluid.

Drilling Equipment and Tools

14-trailer Kedr camp is fully equipped for accommodation and rest between shifts.

A set of heated and insulated backup water tanks, V = 60 m3 (2120 cu ft).

Each crew has 15-m3 (530 cu ft) fuel storage tanks. High-capacity ASO-VK screw compressors installed in a heated

container. Hydraulic tongs made by leading international manufacturers:

Weatherford, Farr, Universe. SPG-100 and SPG-160 spiders.

Tripping equipment made by Blohm&Voss (Germany).

Operations Support Base

The base can perform all maintenance and repair of drilling and other equipment in-house. To this end, it is provided with

modern machines and diagnostic equipment made in Russia or abroad. Positive displacement downhole motor bay is equipped with

DRECO (Canada) bench for testing and diagnostics of large and small size PDMs and hydraulic jars.

Well Design

We design sidetracks using Landmark (COMPASS™), the best-in-class software for directional drilling design, measurement control, plotting and well-collision avoidance. Our engineers can accomplish the following through the application of integrated technologies: ~ engineering studies and BHA selection, predicting BHA performance in specific geological environment; ~ prediction and analysis of loads, moments and friction coefficients for drill strings and casing strings during downhole operations; ~hydraulic calculation of parameters for drilling and openhole reaming; ~modeling of pressure surges caused by drill string or casing string movement in adverse downhole environment, design of drilling and tripping hydraulics; ~stuck pipe release analysis and design; ~cementing design, detection of possible problems, adjustments to the cementing process.

Mobile Circulation System

Modules mounted on a carrier to ensure mobility;

Working volume: 140 m3 (4940 cu ft) and 200 m3 (7060 cu ft);

Drilling fluid cleaning system includes two linear-motion MI Swaco Mongoose PT shale shakers, Mongoose PT mud cleaner as well as OGSh-50 and MI Swaco centrifuges;

Drilling fluid is fed into mud cleaners by MI Swaco and Halco feed pumps;

The system includes Kaskad-40M mud degasser;

Steam lines installed inside vessels and air heaters permit the system operation at low temperatures;

Cuttings are transported into a pit by a screw conveyor.

Frac equipment

Data Van is a computer control center for pump units and for collecting Frac information, manufactured for the

usage on the Mercedes-Benz cross-country chassis. Data Van has a computer system (Data Acquisition System, Siemens) and three service computers. Computers are

used for Frac designs, for data logging and treatment. Registration possibility is up to 64 data channels. Data Van has two rooms: one is for the master, the other is for the Customers. Truck’s chassis with high clearance and big tire profile is good for roads which are difficult to traverse.

Frac equipment

Hydration unit is used for Frac operations without preliminary gelling of fluids in tanks.

Maximum working rate is up to 5m3/min. It has 3 pumps for liquid chemicals’ delivery with

maximum rate up to 50 l/min.

Maximum pressure is 1 050 bar Triplex high pressure plunger pump SPM TWS-2200

/ TWS-2250 with the rate from 0,5 m3/min up to 1,5 m3/min

Frac equipment

Blender is a mobile unit for preliminary mixing of oilfield fracturing fluids in tanks with following pumping of this fluid through manifold system on the suction of the pumps. The mixing unit is mounted on a truck frame , driven by a diesel engine. Capacity: 460 HP. Flow volume: 4 000 kg/min of proppant max.; 12 m3/min of fluid max. 6 Fleets for remedial cementing

Special equipment of the remedial cementing Fleet

Double pump unit is mounted on Mercedes Benz chassis. Two top Detroit Deisel engines with 350 HP each, with «Allison» transmissions allowing to adjust flow rate continuously. Triplex plunger pump NT-400 has maximum working pressure up to 785 atm. It has two measuring tanks for 1,50 m³ volume each for flush with 100 liters gauging.

Unit for preparation of cement slurry, buffer and gelling slurry allows to prepare plugging material of high quality from 0,5 up to 27m3. Separated tanks have heavy mixers equipped with hydraulic or electrical drive. Mixer is equipped with two centrifugal pumps and two high pressure pumps for adding liquid chemicals.

Twin pump cementing unit with the system of recirculation. Twin pump cementing unit with automatic control «АТСТ-

800» manufactured by С.А.Т. is the unit for preparation and squeezing of cement slurry, which is mounted on Mercedes Benz Actros 4141 8Х8 suitable for use in rough terrain oilfields environments. The unit has automatic mixing system of cement slurry with computer control.

Coiled tubing Fleet

Coiled Tubing Reel Unit The equipment of world well-known companies such as «Mersedes Benz», «HydraRig», «Vanoil» is used for manufacturing of the unit. The equipment is designed and constructed for work in severe conditions of Far North.

CT Pumping Unit 6000 liter fluid holding tank, acid resistant and stable for high temperatures. Triplex pump SPM TWS600 of high pressure with regular pumping 450 l/min. Working pressure of injection line of SPM is 700 атм .

Mobile CT crane with repair shop. Wireless remote operating system for Crane, lifting capacity 12 tons. Boom reach is 15,4 m. Heated repair shop is equipped with BOP Service and Pressure test station and with sliding hatch to load equipment.

Laboratory for physical-chemical analysis

The laboratory for physical-chemical analysis of LLC «CATKoneft» has modern testing equipment made by CHANDLER ENGINEERING, OFITE USA.

The equipment is tested and certified with full package of standard technical documentation.

The lab has all necessary facilities for work with cement slurries and different gelling additives.
