B12 Wednesday, December 30, 2015 | www.YorktonThisWeek.com | Yorkton This Week 175 York Road W., Yorkton Phone 306-783-8516 MASSIVE CLEARANCE ON NOW AT SHEVERNOHA - Walter Shever- noha, beloved husband of Natalie Shevernoha of Ituna. It is with deep and profound sadness that we announce the loss of Walter Shevernoha, devoted husband, fa- ther, grandfather, brother, uncle and friend. Walter passed away suddenly and unexpectedly in the early hours of Thursday, Decem- ber 17, 2015 while in the Intensive Care Unit in Yorkton General Hos- pital at the age of 79 years. Walter was born at White Beech, SK on August 8, 1936 a son of Joe and Carol (nee Ewachewski) Shever- noha. He attended school at Bor- der Road. At the age of 9, his fami- ly moved to Pelly where he completed his education. He was employed at the Coop Creamery where over 25 years of service he spent time in Canora, Swift Cur- rent and then the head office in Regina. He quickly worked his way up to Office Manager. During his early years at the Dairy he met the love of his life, Natalie (Patron) from Ituna, SK. They were married in Yorkton, SK on September 22, 1962. They were blessed with three children; Ray, Denise and Rick. In 1975, Walter left his job at the Dairy to pursue his dream of becoming his own boss. For 27 years Walter, Natalie and the children served the town of Ituna providing Gas, Groceries, Lottery and Convenience items, usually working 6 days every week from sunrise to sunset. Then on his day off Walter would travel to Yorkton to pick up groceries to restock the shelves. Time and time again Walter would open up the store to help someone who desperately needed fuel. Walter was predeceased by his infant brother, Vladimir, his parents, Joe and Carol, sister, Sophie Sernowski and brother-in-law Bill Sernowski. He is survived by his loving wife, Nata- lie of 52 years; three children, Ray and (Sandi) Shevernoha of Wakaw, Denise Smysniuk of Ituna, Rick and (Denise Flower) Shevernoha of Del- ta, BC; five grandchildren, Delon, Chase, Levi, Cruz and Cypress; sister, Geraldine as well as numerous nieces, nephews and in-laws. Walter’s treasures were his grandchildren. He would travel the province and could often be seen sitting in the stands or standing on the sidelines of whatev- er sporting event was in season. He was always up for a fishing trip and more often than not the stories were better than the fishing. He was the local taxi for all the Aunties’ road trips. He took tremendous pride in his park-like yard. If you ever came to visit, you were guaranteed a friendly welcome, warm hospitality and a tour of the yard with updates on what variation of tomatoes or potatoes he was trying to grow. Then you would get the latest report on how the squirrels were getting into the bird feed- ers. He often laughed at how he was a minority owner of the Riders and he loved to watch and talk football. And anyone who has been at his house is sure to have heard those famous words….”Come on, have a beer” Walter or as he was better known, “Wally” , was a very hospitable, humble, religious and kind person. He easily found humour in everyday events, always kept the mood light, and kept us giggling throughout each and every day. His presence will be greatly missed by his wife, family and friends. We, the family, feel extremely grateful and blessed for our life and memories with him. Vichnaya Pamyat! - Eternal Memory! MILES - In loving memory of my husband Frank who passed away December 26, 2011.

You were so many different things to me,

You were my friend, and you were my lover.

You were my past, and you were my future.

You were my hope, and you were my strength…

You’ve given me gifts that I treasure in my heart

And memories that live within my soul…

Thank you for always supporting me,For believing in me

When I doubted myself,And for being my friend

In every sense of the word.—Until we meet again, love you most, Patricia

PLAN NUMBER 14-2-273

T W O - S T O R E Y BEDROOM COACH HOUSE

The living area in this two-storey, two-bedroom coach house is located above a three-vehicle garage, making it an ideal addition to a large

lot with a home already built on it.

Entry is through a cov-ered porch with the stair-case to the second floor directly ahead. Upstairs, the great room includes a wood-burning fireplace that will be visible from both the dining area and the kitchen.

The kitchen includes plenty of counter space, as well as a large window overlooking the front garden. The great room and dining area look out to the back garden.

The two bedrooms share a three-piece bath with room for a side-by-side washer and drier.

Exterior finishes include wooden shingles on the upper storey, with stucco below. Decorative woodwork between the ornamental garage doors lend interest to the facade, along with paint-ed woodwork.

This home measures 41 feet wide by 24 feet deep, for a total of 1,012 square feet. The second floor contains 909 square feet of living space.

Plans for design 14-2-273 are available for $525 (set of 5), $600(set of 8) and $660 for a super set of 10. B.C. residents add 7% Prov. Sales Tax. Also add $35.00 for Priority courier charges within B.C. or $65.00 outside of B.C. Please add 5% G.S.T. or 13% H.S.T. (where applicable) to both the plan price and postage charges.
