FAQ’s For Yearbook Photography Services

Q: How many additional days do you provide at no cost?

A: We provide one day per five confirmed appointments ($50 deposit received).

Q: Is there a cost to our Institution or group for your services?

A: The cost of our sessions is off-set by the projected income from the sale of Portrait packages to the graduating seniors. (Minimum of five confirmed specials –deposit paid- is required to get the reduced rate)

Q: What support do you require from our institution or group?

A: In consideration of the contribution we will make, we need your help in communicating the photography session dates to the graduating seniors. We need reliable volunteers to put up flyers and posters in key locations 10 days prior to the initial shoot date. We will also need adequate studio space, access to electricity, and valid parking credentials for our vehicle.

Q: What do you provide?

A: We provide gowns, caps, props, fraternity, sorority and school paraphernalia, a variety of backdrops, special effects, and pose selections.

Q: How long will you provide the service?

A: Our goal is to establish long term relationships with institutions or groups that want a quality product at affordable prices from a reliable vendor.

Contributions

It is our policy to always contribute back to Institutions or groups that support us.

We offer a contribution ($5-$15 per package) based on actual package sale total, thereby eliminating the need to inflate prices to pay for “buying” the business.
