1. Check the entries to ensure that the correct subjects and all units that your
son/wardistakingareshown.Ifyouhaveaquestionaboutthetierofentry,please
discussthiswiththesubjectteacher.

Checkthatyourson/wardspersonaldetailsarecorrect.Inparticular,checkthe
spellingofhisname,asthisishowitwillappearontheexaminationcertificates.

bystudentsforamendmentstocertificates.
3. The deadline for changes to be made without incurring costs is Friday 12
February, so youmust contactme before half term if thereareanyerrors or
