The Youth to Business Forum is a 1 day event where youth of Cambodia come together in a safe space to engage with businesses and corporations in the country. They will not only get a chance to listen to inspirational and influential leaders in the Cambodian society, but also
get to network with and participate in workshops with some of the highest valued companies in the country. Lastly, Y2B 2016 will provide delegates an opportunity to participate in a business competition powered by AIESEC and leading Cambodian corporations with
exclusive prizes for the winning teams!
About Youth to Business Forum
The Y2B OC will get the opportunity to develop their organizational skills by heading one of the biggest external events hosted by AIESEC in Cambodia. You will not only develop and demonstrate in-demand skills like event logistics, management, and event sales, but also
get to work closely with the MC. More than anything, I would urge you to apply if you want to be part of an event that truly provides Cambodian youth a platform to voice their opinions
and make them heard.

OCP JD The Organising Committee President will be fully responsible for Y2B Forum. OCP will be the meeting point between national board and organising team, making sure that Y2B forum s organised properly: all logistic matters are being seen to, carry out internal and external promotion, gaining sponsorships and budget tracking, delegates signing up and taking care of.
Key Responsibilities: being the meeting point between the national board and the organising team organising team meetings lead, organise and sure compliance of the action plan of the entire project (timeline, logistical requirements, budget…) set goals with national board and organising team track organising team performance and report to national board develop strategies for the involvement of AIESEC members and external audience to work on the event deliver a final report of the work done by the organising team solution and result oriented oversees and manages execution of the event and ensures that the goals and objectives have been met on time and within the budget organise regular OC meetings, manage OC VP’s performance and learnings, facilitates feedback session - sharing, overall team experience budget preparation with Conference manager and overseeing the budget

OC VP Logistics Key Responsibilities:
secure a venue for Y2B prepare logistic plan for the event ensure good relationship with the venue maximise resources and cut costs (securing partnership with the venue & suppliers, searching for cheap, but still quality materials) in charge of logistics and catering during the conference fill out project tracker ensure post event follow up with the venue and cooperate on preparing final report
Ideal Profile: skills in project management strong sense of urgency excellent work under pressure coaching and tracking skills maturity for giving and receiving feedback AVAILABILITY: 10-15h per week, might increase closer to the event

OC VP External relations Key Responsibilities:
raise event partners & sponsorships to support the event management raise external engagement to support the agenda management ensure high quality of customer relation management (CRM) create ER report fill out project tracker ensure post event follow up with the venue and cooperate on preparing final report

OC VP Marketing Key Responsibilities:
develop promotional plan execute tactics to create awareness, hype and promotion of the event follow brand guidelines responsible for documentation (photo, video) fill out project tracker ensure post event follow up with the venue and cooperate on preparing final report
Ideal Profile: skills in project management sales skills and brand awareness strong sense of urgency excellent work under pressure coaching and tracking skills maturity for giving and receiving feedback AVAILABILITY: 10-15h per week, might increase closer to the event

OC VP Public Relations Key Responsibilities:
raise media partners approaching media outlets (newspaper, magazines, radio, tv…..) preparing and issuing press release (consult. with Conference Manager) spell checking and translating into Khmer (if/when necessary) ensure that media outlets publish our press release fill out project tracker ensure post event follow up with the venue and cooperate on preparing final report
Ideal Profile: sales skills & CRM skills communication skills strong sense of urgency excellent work under pressure coaching and tracking skills maturity for giving and receiving feedback AVAILABILITY: 10-15h per week, might increase closer to the event

OC VP Delegate Servicing Key Responsibilities:
create registration form serve as the contact person for delegates and their concerns follow up with payments (delegates fee) create with OC VP MKT mailer / booklet create delegate queries response system and info dissemination create feedback survey be in charge of registration at the event (check in and check out) fill out the project tracker ensure post event follow up with the venue and cooperate on preparing final report
