    2. Whatever sentence you come up with for the guilty party becomes your judgement if you are also guilty of hypocrisy.

    BITTEROOT JUDGEMENTS

If you mix an unrighteous judgement with a root of bitterness you get a bitterroot judgement.

The very nature of the judgement makes it continue in a circle of sowing and reaping.

Taking Steps Toward Releasing Bitter Root Judgements by Cindy Jacobs

Make a list of the relationships in your life that may have been tainted by bitterroot

    judgements. Dont forget yourself.

If possible, find a friend to pray with you to release them. James 5:16 says, Confess

your trespasses to one another, and pray for one another, that you may be healed. The

effective, fervent prayer of a righteous man avails much. If you do not have anyone to

pray with you, dont worry. God is there for you, and it is to Him that you are doing the

    confessing.

Ask the Holy Spirit to reveal to you any bitterroots in your life that you are not aware of.

Make a list of these judgements.

Begin to pray and release the person who has most hurt you, or through whom you are

reaping the most judgement. It is usual to begin with the family of origin issues. Look for

threads running through your life where there is an endless loop of reaping. [ie: You are

    betrayed over and over.]
