The program will cover the expenses of a 2 to 3 day visit to be arranged at the convenience of the recipient program and the Pro- fessor sometime from the Spring through the Fall of 1993. Programs will be awarded on the basis of their ability to provide a large local audience, preferably made up primarily of professionals concerned with adolescent health. In addition, it would be desirable for the group being awarded the professorship to have affiliation with a Residency Training Program, so that physicians-in-training and other health care trainees could have exposure to the Professor.

The Professor for 1993 is Robert W. Blum, M.D., Ph.D. Professor Blum is well known for his contri- butions to adolescent health care in the areas of chronic disease, advocacy, and international health issues for adolescents. He is the immediate past- President of the Socilety for Adolescent Medicine.

Applications for Professor Blums visit can be ob- tained on request form the Chair of the Wyeth-Ayerst/ S.A.M.
