Absolutely Abdominal

We all have four layers of abdominalmuscles, each with fibers running in a dif-ferent direction. This criss-crossing patternshapes your midsection and supports thelower back. There are many reasons why theabs can weaken and “lose shape”: past preg-nancies, abdominal surgery, sitting for hoursa day at a desk, just to name a few. Commoncrunches only serve to further weakenmuscles. In this workshop, we will learn howto strengthen all four layers of ab muscle, reshape your waistline and check over-stretched abdominal connective tissue frompregnancies. (If you have this issue, it willchange how you do abdominal exercises.)Get a tummy tuck without surgery and findrelief from lower back discomfort to boot!Come and learn how to strengthen and flat-ten your abdomen quickly, effectively andin a very functional way. Come in looseclothing and be prepared to exercise. Bringa mat. Youth age 16 to 17 may register whenaccompanied by a registered guardian. Sup-ply fee is included in the class fee.
