CLINIfast™ Garments for Kids

An improved range of ready to wear garments for wet and dry wrapping in the treatment of paediatric atopic eczema.

• Newly developed StaySoft fabric which is softer, stronger and more resilient to wear and tear

• New and improved sizing which allows garments to be more comfortable and appropriate to age than any other brand available on prescription

• New and improved reinforced seams to reduce the risk of splitting

• New discreet neckline

• Two-way stretch construction allows complete comfort and freedom of movement

• Quick and easy to apply with no need to cut, tie or pin bandages together, which aids compliance

• Comfortable to wear under ordinary clothes or nightwear to promote full active days and a restful night’s sleep

• Can be machine washed up to 30 times at 60 degrees and tumble dried on a low setting, whilst still retaining their softness

CLINIfast™ Adult Garments

New CLINIfast™ Adult Garments are ideally suited as part of the treatment for common conditions such as eczema, dermatitis and psoriasis.The topical preparation used in the treatment of these conditions often has to be applied in large quantities all over the body. CLINIfast™ Adult Garments are purpose-made to be used in conjunction with these topical preparations; they are not only easy to apply, they are comfortable and discreet to wear.

CLINIfast™ Adult Garments are also very effective at securing dressings in difficult areas of the body, such as the chest and groin.

With the addition of long and short sleeve vests, leggings and cycle shorts, CLINIfast™ Adult Garments are the ideal product of choice to promote a fully active day and restful night for older children and adults.

• Vests have a new, lower neck line for more discreet wear. Leggings and Cycle Shorts have an integrated crotch which gives additional comfort, stretch and strength

• Superior two-way stretch construction and generous sizing allows for comfort and complete freedom of movement

• Comfortable and discreet to wear under clothing

• Reinforced seams to reduce risk of splitting or tearing

• Quality StaySoft fabric retains its softness even after repeated washing

• Can be machine washed up to 30 times at 60 degrees and tumble dried on a low setting, whilst still retaining their softness

Knit-Band™

Polyamide and Cellulose Contour Bandage, Knitted BP 1988

• Multi-purpose product used predominantly as a conforming bandage to hold dressings in place

• Highly conformable lightweight knitted fabric contour bandage

• Manufactured to BS7505:1995 Type 1

• Latex-free



Clini Duo40™ Venous Ulcer Compression System

Clini Duo40™ is an ideal alternative to the multi-layer bandage system and is particularly suitable for self-caring patients.

Each treatment kit contains:2 x Clini Duo40™ white liners and 1 x Clini Duo40™ compression stocking

Each liner pack contains:3 x Clini Duo40™ white liners

The combined mean average of 1 x liner (10mmHg) and 1 x compression stocking (30mmHg) is 40mmHg

Indications for use• Compression of limbs with venous disorders and the control and reduction of oedema

and lymphoedema

• Treatment of venous leg ulcers

• Prevention of recurrence of venous leg ulcers and severe varicose veins

• Ideally suitable for patients who prefer not to use compression bandages e.g. cosmetic preferences in younger patients

• Latex-free product

Contra-Indications• This system may be unsuitable where there is heavy exudate, or for large wounds

• For large and irregular-shaped limbs it may be more appropriate to use compression bandages

• Padding and bandages are recommended for patients with very small limbs or with bony prominences

• Lymphoedematous limbs should be treated with short-stretch bandages

• People with diabetes following specialist referral and under strict supervision

• Significant arterial disease (ischaemia) according to vascular assessment ABPI of < 0.8 unless after specialist referral and under strict supervision and regular follow up

• Congestive cardiac failure as compression could lead to cardiac overload

• Known sensitivity to the fabric of the liner or stocking



CliniLite™

Light Support Bandage (Type 2)

• Reliable

• Maintains consistent light support for much longer periods than the traditional crepe bandage. Ideal for the management of mild sprains and strains, soft tissue injuries and also the 10cm size is ideal as the second layer in a four-layer bandage system.

• Conforming

• The knitted construction provides two-way stretch, allowing the bandage to conform even in difficult areas of application – suitable for all body contours. Standard 4 widths available.

• Compliance

• Soft, lightweight and well ventilated for maximum comfort, ensuring a high degree of patient compliance. Normal clothing and footwear can be worn over CliniLite™ without affecting performance and support.

• Quality Assured

• Manufactured to BS7505:1995 Type 2 Light Support Bandage specification. Latex-free.

• Cost Effective

• Has the added benefit of being more cost effective than traditional crepe bandages. Can be washed and re-used several times without affecting efficiency.



CliniPlus™

Light Compression Bandage (Type 3a)

• Reliable

• Carefully designed to maintain reliable and correct low levels of sub-bandage pressure that is required of a Type 3a Light Compression Bandage. May also be used alone in the treatment of venous leg ulcers or as the third layer in a four-layer bandage system.

• Conforming

• The knitted construction provides two-way stretch,allowing the bandage to conform even in difficult areas of application – suitable for all body contours.

• Ease of Application

• The central guideline allows for precise 50% overlap when applying the bandage.

• Compliance

• Soft, lightweight and well-ventilated for maximum comfort. Ensures a high degree of patient compliance.

• Quality Assured

• Manufactured to BS7505:1995 Type 3a Light Compression Bandage specification. Latex-free.

• Cost Effective

• Has the added benefit of being more cost effective than traditional crepe bandages. Can be washed and re-used several times without affecting efficiency.
