Purpose of the Show Off Your Skills! Workshop
• To help you to think about what your soft skills and personal attributes are.
• To support you to become a well-rounded person
• Our final goal is to assist you to write about them and perhaps show them to others using video and audio.
“Personal Attributes”
• These are our natural characteristics. We all have them from birth. We all need to be authentic about them, and it is a good idea that we work to improve them every day.
A fight between two wolves inside me
Imagine you have a fight of two wolves inside you
One wolf is anger, envy, sorrow, arrogance, self-pity, inferiority, lies, superiority and poor listener.
The other one is optimism, empathy, common sense, team work, negotiation, good manners, sociability, communication and organization.
Which wolf will win this fight?

In conclusion what does “Soft Skills” mean?
Soft skills refer to personality traits, social agility, dexterity with language and personal habits.
What are “Hard Skills”?
“Hard Skills” are the abilities you need to perform an activity. They can be technical or administrative knowledge that people use to execute processes.
Who is a “Well-Rounded” Person?
A “Well-rounded person” is someone who is able to combine his/her soft skills and personal attributes with his/her hard skills to show off (present themselves) as a well-rounded person.
